What a great hotel!! Room was wonderful for the price and breakfast was amazing. Great location to be able to see loads of things and get back if you want a break.

Excellent location and very helpful staff.Nice room and bathroom.Luis on front desk extremely helpful and courteous. Should try and keep him on board in this hotel group as he seems born to it.And give him a Rise!!We shall definitely return!

Nice comfortable hotel room was great warm and welcoming.... Morning breakfast buffet was poor. The weather was very bad rained everyday and was cold my break away was a disaster. Nothing to do with hotel just how things goes...

Bastante bien en general. Ubicación perfecta. Desayuno sencillo pero suficiente. La habitación correcta, con un buen baño con bañera. En la habitación que nos tocó, justo encima del comedor y muy cerca de la calle hacía que se escucharan bastante los ruidos de la calle y el comedor. Mejor pedir habitación en las plantas superiores, además de tener mejores vistas.

Ubicación muy buena y cerca de todo. El personal súper majo. Desayuno delicioso y muy variado. Las camas son cómodas y la habitación, al menos la nuestra, bastante amplia. Como detalle deciros que eramos 2 adultos y 1 niña de 9 años y la niña se alojó de manera gratuita.

Very central hotel. No elevator access to top floor, seems like they give those to hotel booking sites. They allowed us to change as seniors don't want to haul luggage up the final floor.

Habitaciones super amplias, cama muy grande y cómoda. Servicio y limpieza excelente. La única pega es que las habitaciones carecen de insonorización, y se escucha muchísimo todo, pero no es problema por que llegábamos cansados y hemos dormido de lujo

Habitaciones muy coquetas y hotel muy céntrico para moverte por Bilbao y ver todas las zonas. Desayuno buffet muy rico y servicio extraordinario. Las personas de recepción muy amables y serviciales y en el comedor igual muy servicial. Volvere sin ninguna duda.
