위치는 좋으나 베이직한 호텔입니다 조식은 추천하지않습니다 빌바오 미술관 구겐하임 미술관에 가실예정이면 걸어서 15분정도라 괜잖습니다

The standard of everything in this hotel was excellent. The cleanliness, the food and the staff were all terrific. I would especially like to thank Ossanna on reception who was such a pleasure to deal with. With her never ending smiles and her great sense of humour she made our stay extra special. I would definitely stay here again if I’m visiting Bilboa

This is a really good well-located hotel with friendly helpful staff. From the minute we checked in to the moment we checked out, the staff were always welcoming and chatty. As for the rooms, my friends and I were more than satisfied with the size and comfort. The one omission is tea and coffee-making facilities. A kettle etc is however available on request from reception. The other big plus in relation to this hotel is its location. Situated adjacent to the Nervión River, most of the attractions, including The Old Town and the Guggenheim are within easy reach on foot. Turning to breakfast, this wasn’t included and is a tad expensive. The quality was passable however, as a lover of fried eggs, I was disappointed that they were always cold. Overall, with a couple of reservations outlined above, you can do a lot worse than stay at this hotel.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel dal 29/04/2024 al 2/05/2024, in camera matrimoniale. L'hotel è molto bello e confortevole; il personale è squisitamente cortese. La colazione internazionale è ottima. La pulizia è da 10 e lode. Inoltre logisticamente è perfetto per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza a Bilbao, in quanto si trova a soli 10 metri dal famoso ponte Zubizuri, a 600 metri dal Museo Guggenheim, a 500 metri dalla stazione della funicolare e ad un km. dal casco viejo (centro storico).

Ils sont accueillants, ils font des effort pour vous parler en français, le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux , le chambres sont grandes. 2 petits détails négatifs pas des chambres directement sur La ria de Bilbao pas de télé en français , mais y va-t- on pour voir la télé ? heureusement il est très bien situé a mi-chemin entre le Musée et la vielle ville. le rapport qualité prix et services est très inintéressant je le recommande

just got back from bilbao stayed in this hotel twice i can not fault this hotel the hotel staff where great they speak very good english the food is wonder full the rooms i found very comfortable i will be back at this hotel at some point can i say thank you to every one at the hotel

I've been on a business trip and the hotel is conveniently located for various destinations. It meets the price/quality ratio well. You have the Guggenheim Museum right across if you have spare time. There are restaurants nearby and the metro is just across the river. Breakfast is varied and the staff is very helpful and friendly, especially José from the reception.

Lovely hotel. Centrally located. Very handy for exploring Bilboa town. Very clean. Receptionist and staff really made this hotel. Very easy check in and staff so so friendly and kind. They were able to suggest things to do while in Bilboa and extremely helpful if we needed anything. Oksana was especially lovely to us and we appreciated all the tips, so thank you very much. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Bilboa.
