The outside door on the left of the building is missing the lock. It was taken out completely. The garbage can close to it had several empty large booze bottles. Who is using this door and garbage can? Is this safe? I showed the gal at the desk and she said she didn’t know about the missing lock, “they never go down there “ The gal and her colleague were very nice when we checked in. The room is clean but feels a bit run down. Too bad, this is our 3rd Fairfield Inn we stayed at in the last week

The room was discusting, when I emailed the property about the several issues, they told me they cant reimburse me because it was booked through *******. Even the shampoo bottle which was ripped off the wall, was covered in soap on the pump, the tub was unclean, and no drain stopper for a bath, the desk was elevevated with wooden shimmys, there was some slimey looking goo smudged on the refrigerater, microwave and bathroom door. The hotel was very outdated and the room was filty. I offered to submit photos to the hotel but they didnt even ask for them.

The stay was great, the rooms were very large and clean. We asked for 2 extra pillows and got 3, I was very happy with my stay and will come back again in the future. The shower was also nice and hot the the breakfast was a great hotel standard breakfast.

The hotel is well run. My room was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. The staff was also very attentive. Great stop in the middle of my roadtrip. Great location to stop; right off the highway and many restaurants nearby. Will be back again with my partner.

The property was very well kept, the staff was friendly and helped me with my luggage cart. I felt very safe and comfortable at the property and wish I could have stayed a few more nights, but I'll have to next time. Thanks for making the stay so great!

Enjoyed my stay! High quality rooms at a great price, nice comfortable bed, breakfast was also hot and Marriott standard. I'll definitely stay at this place again in the future. The staff was super friendly and accommodated me accordingly to my sleep sensitivity.

Terrible, that is the sum of it all, pool area and hot tub all shut down for lack of maintenance and had been for a long time, the furniture in rooms was broken down and just falling apart, in-room coffee pots all were broken, not one working in the whole place, staff was rude and surly lacking any pride of the place. Outside sidewalks were uneven and had dangerous tripping hazards. The food was adequate but lacking any real raves, it was just so fair, The number of complains is endless these are just the tip of it all.
