"The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Everything was mostly great until…. I walked out to my car in the morning and it was completely covered in a filthy-looking thick white residue. Upon asking, another guest informed me that it was probably from the sprinkler system, which sprays water with some kind of calcium deposit. I was furious. I immediately went to the Circle K car wash and it took 2 $10.00 laser washes (one with spinning brushes) to get it off. I’m still not sure if it’s perfectly gone. I’ve been reading bad things online about the possible effects of calcium on car paint. Upon asking, I was informed by the receptionist that the hotel does not help with the cost of washing it off cars. Maybe this a common occurrence in Montana, but, where I’m from, if you make a mess on someone else’s car, you should be willing to help them clean it off (especially if they are a paying guest). Overall, this seems like a nice hotel but, honesty, this calcium junk being sprayed all over my car was compete BS!"

"Very good stay in this hotel. The staff are friendly and the room comfortable. The only downside: the bathroom wasn't perfectly clean when we arrived (a few hairs left in the shower). Too bad, because everything else was spotless."

"Breakfast has eggs, bread, sausage, milk, juice, bananas, etc. The hotel is about 100 meters away from the main road. It is quiet at night. There is a gym, swimming pool, and high cost performance."

"We stayed twice in April - going to and from the grandkids. The first stay was fine - although odd half size pillows prompted my wife to buy regular ones for the trip back, but there were normal pillows on the way back. On the way back were were disappointed with 1) left over sox in drawer, 2) half eaten stinky salad in the fridge, 3) placed next to another room with a dog and a pass door - our dog was trying to understand the dog smells for an hour or two....but most concerning of all, 4) during the evening and taking the dog out, we found 3 external doors which were propped open. We did not appreciate that from a safety standpoint. It's too bad since we really like the pet policy at the Kelly Inn....but we have to feel safe at our age!"
