The location of the hotel is good, and there are not many parking spaces. If you want, you can park in the large parking lot nearby. The view outside the high-rise room window is beautiful. Breakfast is beautiful and beautiful

Understaffed, breakfast hours were not as advertised, room coffee maker was dirty, lotion bottle was pulled out of wall in bathroom, heater was very loud.
No place to grab coffee in the hotel after 10:00 am.
Would recommend staying at the Northern Hotel one block down the street instead.

The hotel didnt have a room available even though we had a reservation. The staff was great and made it work though. It was a little expensive though, nit sure we will stay again.

Went to the hotel for a milestone birthday. Party of 14. Worst experience of all time. Reservation at 5:30 didn’t leave until almost 9. Reason being there were significant delays between each meal that was brought out. 1/2 table had completed eating before the 2nd half even got food. Kids ate very last. Wrong food, NO communication and a bunch of untrained staff. Reached out to hotel management and was made a bunch of promises about refunds etc. then he went MIA. Do not recommend at all. Beautiful view but the staff will ruin it for you.

This is not a swanky hotel and honestly it’s pretty average BUT the staff here is just amazing and sets this hotel apart from others in Billings. They make the experience so very nice. The drivers of the cookie van shuttle are awesome, desk clerks are helpful, housekeeping is great, restaurant staff are polite and the bar staff downstairs make you feel welcome as a solo traveler. This hotel is smack downtown so most everything that you would need is within walking distance. City views from the rooms are pretty nice if you get high enough up. Jake’s steakhouse is across the street and is probably one of the best in town. I stay at this hotel when I’m just flying in and out of Billings. If I had a car, I wouldn’t stay downtown.
