The front desk staff were very nice and were very helpful. The view was nice on the 4th floor and the room was in a good spot.
The only complaints I have are:
-The pull out bed under the couch sheets had stains and were dirty.
-The there is little to no noise reduction. You can hear everything from the neighboring room to the cars on the highway.
-This is a small complaint, but the TV is in a really bad spot. If it was on a mount so it could swivel to watch on the couch or bed it would have been great, but it is in the middle of the room. It is just in a bad spot.
Overall the stay wasn't too bad!

This hotel is in a prime location. It its right off the highway and near a lot of restaurants and shops. I loved stopping here on my trip. The staff was very nice and helpful with their recommendations as well. Highly recommend this hotel stay! Will be back again.

Easy breasy travels at SpringHill suites. The hotel has a great clean atmosphere, the staff was incredible and even got me a complementary water bottle for being a Marriott gold member. I liked this place a lot and see myself coming back here in the future.

Great time, they treated us well. Have stayed there the last 4 trips to Billings and will stay again. Front desk people were very courteous and did their best to meet our needs at any moment. Compassionate towards my family all the time and just a great place

We spent the weekend here and it was great! The staff was very helpful and rooms are clean! Would definitely recommend this place if visiting Billings. The breakfast was also very good, definitely one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had.

Easily one of the cleanest Marriotts I’ve been too! I had a great time staying here for 4 days straight and the staff was amazing. They go above and beyond in helping us out and making sure our stay was perfect. Thank you for the hot coffee in the morning as well!

Don't plan to use laundry. No change had to go to gas station to get quarters, not heard of credit card laundry. The laundry soap dispenser not working, took money but nothing. Front desk said there was sign it wasn't working but no sign. Fell inside lobby. Good news a trainee at front desk helped me. Chair legs flair out from chair at 20 deg angle. Odd most chair legs go straight down. I'm not sueing but bad lobby set up. Had do not disturbe sign on room door, but they came in anyway. Hotel is clean. Guests are very noisy after 11pm. Not stay here again. FYI Platnium on Marriott.
