I absolutely loved the staff and the guy that was checking me in was extremely friendly. Extremely knowledgeable about his hotel and the things that happen in it. He was very prompt and he knew exactly the right details to tell me. I definitely have never had better customer service than I did with this check-in. I appreciate a good, easy fast checking like that to the point. All the details đ

Hotel was clean and quiet. Pleanty of fresh coffee. Good breakfast. My dogs had access to all of the hotel. I would visit again.

We had stayed at this hotel 6 years ago and was looking forward to staying again. It has totally gone down hill. The safe had been ripped out of the wall, the dust build up on the desk was disgusting, there was no screen on our window (3rd floor), our room wasnât made up, others in our party had cigarette butts in their bed, blood on shower curtainâŚStaff were grumpy.

Room was dirty, halls where dirty elevator was dirty, if it wasnât dirty it was beat up scratched up. The water in bathroom didnât work right. The dead bolt on door didnât work. over all was a nice place 20 years ago. Didnât even have the basic usb charging port for your cell phone. Will not be booking again.

Photos on website are not accurate. Reserved room that showed 2 beds and a fold out couch. Hotel said they dont have couches. ******* did NOTHING about it. Yet charged me for the upgraded room.

Great location with the pool there.. Really loud hotel. Kids running up and down halls during the night kept us up. Not much soundproofing with the people above us either.

The window in our room on the outside had a crack. Only 1 of my 2 card keys were activated. So when I tried to use it, it would not work. The pool was closed before 10:00, we reached out to the front desk was told Maintenance was on a break, 90 minutes later still nothing, we finally got to spend 30 min in the pool before closing. The Door to the Pool should remain Open until closing time, this was unacceptable. Breakfast the french toast was not cooked all the way

The staff were so friendly and welcoming! There are amazing dining options within walking distance and The Reef indoor water park is Amazing!!!
