After a long and difficult travel day that ended with a dead battery in my vehicle, it was a blessing to check in here. I was traveling with a pet and they were wonderful about it, no problem at all. The hotel was full of pets and their owners. The room was clean the staff were friendly and helpful, and it was just a relief to end a bad day on this high note. Hotel is right next door to a Cracker Barrel restaurant, so you can get dinner or lunch without driving anywhere else. Very good experience.

The LaQuinta was great, the rooms were clean. The pillows are not that great. The staff wasn't very friendly. It would've been a great experience if they didn't seem so uptight about everything. I get the wristbands and the pool to regulate who comes in and out, but the staff can tone it down. We paid the money to stay there.

We were staying overnight for a medical trip. A bag was left in the room by accident and attempted to recover not long after checkout time. Manager, Orlando, was rude and charged my family $200 in addition to the room rental for the error. I understand policy, but he made no attempt to help accommodate or compromise. I have worked in customer service and there always ways to work through problems like this. So to future guests, better not leave anything behind because this management does not care about future business or customer satisfaction.
