The room was clean, all new flooring which was nice. Beds were comfy. The bathroom door was so warped it did not close properly and the tub faucet was coming away from the wall.
That being said, the overall experience was good. The made to order breakfast was really good and the staff very friendly. It was also nice that Outback is right across the street so we could walk to it.

Friendly guests. Made to order eggs, bacon and sausage. Didn’t have a chance to use sauna and hot tub but would have if we had more time!

All personnel were very nice and helpful. Breakfast custom made was fantastic. I was very impressed. I saved $30 just by having a good breakfast provided.

BEWARE! The listing claims they have an "airport shuttle" but get this, it runs from 8 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon. Anyone who has ever flown out of Billings knows that most flights leave between 5:45 AM to 7 AM. And most incoming flights land between 10 PM and 11:50 PM. Having an airport shuttle only runs between 8 to 4 should be front and center in their description of this property because that's a very important thing to know when your flight leaves a 6:15 in the morning
