I work in the hotel industry in Broome, WA, so I have pretty high standards. The Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay really delivered! Check-in and check-out were incredibly fast—both done in under three minutes. Our Deluxe King Room with a balcony and pool view was immaculate—super clean and absolutely spotless. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing stay.
A big shoutout to Agung the housekeeping supervisor. He made us feel so welcome, provided excellent service, and even suggested some fantastic places to visit around Bintan Island. Agung truly represents what great hospitality is all about.
If you’re planning a trip to Bintan, I highly recommend staying here!

The hotel has a beautiful view at every step, good scenery, good hygiene, and good services in all aspects. It is a good place for vacation. The breakfast is also very rich, and there are many swimming pools suitable for taking children to swim.

New hotel and quite near to ferry terminal. Picked up by staff from ferry terminal. Room looks slightly smaller than it looked in pictures. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Food options are quite limited around the hotel so basically you would be eating from the on-site restaurants which are ok.

The hotel is new, clean and has good service. There is a beach right outside the hotel, which is very convenient. The transfer from and to the pier was also great, the staff were very nice. A small suggestion, if there are staff who can speak Chinese in the future, it will be more helpful.
