Travelled to Bintan via ferry. Free shuttle bus provided to and from ferry terminal.
The room was fantastic and very well cleaned. The private pool is nice although is not very private.
The food was okay. Plenty of free activities around the resort and also paid activities.
Overall it’s nice and services are very good. Would definitely recommend it for couples or family.

the ocean was wonderful for young children, paddle boat complimentary service was great, general service overall satisfying with great landscape. would like to visit again

Love this hotel so much! I was very surprised. The hotel is very large, right on the seaside. Whether it is the room, restaurant, fitness room or spa room, all the facilities are carefully designed and the environment is very comfortable. The hotel provides bicycle transportation and there are many activities. , it’s worth spending a few more days to have a good vacation.

the villas were beautiful and comfortable. staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. food options were good but as expected pretty pricey. overall a good getaway

Had a lovely time with my partner during Easter weekend at the residences bintan. We got the sea view room it’s spectacular, staff were friendly, food was tasty, plenty of water activities to do. Will definitely go back on non peak season.
