"We had a truly amazing stay in Four Points! The photos speak up for themselves! Everything was so perfect. It is close to Plaza Lagoi, Tidal Bar and Warung Yeah was within 10 mins walk. There were lots of food options available. We get to try out local foods like Nasi Bali, Es Jeruk Peras, Cumi Bakar Bakso and the list goes on!! The staffs was friendly and warm, their good service makes me feel like home and feel welcome. The rooms was clean and tidy!"

"If anyone wanna have the most comfortable stay in Tanjung Pinang, this is the hotel! Room is big, wifi is strong, the breakfast has a lot of varieties and with different menus each day. The TV even have Netflix & Youtube!! The staff are very accommodating & kind. Hotel is very strategic, very near to the ferry terminal & easy to get around the city centre. Will definitely come back here again. Thank you!"

"Service was amazing. Once arrived the terminal in Bintan, can easily find Mövenpick’s pick up point with a warm welcome. Quickly arranged on the shuttle bus. The view from hotel was stunning with natural breeze. Breakfast buffet is great with many varieties. Kids club is brilliant, my girl loves it and can spend one whole day there. Nap room for kids is perfect for those who takes a late ferry back to Singapore after check out. Will definitely visit again when the beach club opens. Special thanks to the house keeping team for the efforts in preparing the birthday surprise in the room."

"This hotel made me feel like I paid for a cheap stay where everything costs extra. It was the first time I've heard of paying extra for early check-in. Eventually, the staff let us check in early when they saw we weren't going to pay. Some staff members were enthusiastic, others were just okay. At the Indigo restaurant, the server rushed us to pay our bill even though it was still during working hours. The kids' play area only allows one adult and one child, which isn't very family-friendly. What, is one parent supposed to sit outside while the other takes the child in? The breakfast tasted alright, but the variety was very limited. Even though there were available tables, the staff wouldn't let us sit there, insisting we sit at a further table, presumably so as not to disturb the foreign guests next to us. Sigh. Overall, it was an okay trip with the kids, but I won't choose this place for a vacation again."

"A nice resort that is not too far from ferry terminal and provide complimentary transfer. While facilities are good but in-house charges are quite high, even more than Singapore. The hotel spa is average despite almost double price else where in Indonesia. The free internet is just pathetic and they force you to buy package if not on good roaming plan."

"The room was great and the sea view was beautiful, with good service all around. Although there was a minor hiccup during check-in (the air conditioning was broken), the maintenance staff tried their best to fix it, and housekeeping called several times to check if the AC was working properly. I was very satisfied with how this was handled. The only downside is that there's only one restaurant. Personally, I think the restaurant's view is unbeatable, and the food quality is above average. However, the dinner buffet wasn't particularly good; ordering à la carte would have been better. Also, the cleanliness of the cups in the room needs improvement, and there was quite a bit of dust in the bathtub on the balcony."

"Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. "Hotel was clean and located in the Lagoi resort area which is where we wanted to be, however the hotel seems old, the gym was a sad excuse with just dumbbells, order food at the rooftop cafe, quiet flavourless, service was good despite the hotel being empty but was still asked to check in at 3pm or pay IDR200k luckily this was not much of an issue as we had activities arranged, that said the room was comfortable enough however the AC stopped working the last night I was there and didn’t come on again causing me to lose sleep."

"lovely place to getaway and just unwind in your own private space! complimentary pick-up/drop-off from BBT ferry terminal is provided so do drop them a whatsapp message to have it arranged. place is walking distance to Plaza Lagoi which has some food spots, a gelato place, mini mart, and a nice li’l souvenir spot called Cinderamata. picked up a few things there. there’s also an atm (BNI) to withdraw cash without incurring atm fee. also walking distance to the beach. breakfast is also provided daily. bear in mind that if you have rowdy inconsiderate neighbours who makes noise throughout the night, it spoils the experience cause you can’t sleep. encountering insects/wildlife is expected but nothing to be majorly afraid of. overall enjoyed my time there and would return again."

"I stayed at the Banyan Tree for two nights and it was truly comfortable and delightful. The entire service team was incredibly warm and polite, especially the lovely lady at the front desk who spoke Chinese; she was so gentle and attentive. The Rainforest Seaview Villa truly amazed me. I saw monkeys and creepers, among other wild animals, within the resort grounds, making it feel very close to nature. From the room, you can call the front desk to arrange a buggy service to the restaurant, beach, or for a massage. The breakfast was rich and varied, with both Chinese and Western options available. The private beach boasts white sands and crystal-clear turquoise waters. The food at the stunning Cove cliffside restaurant was genuinely delicious. All of the hotel's facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, feeling as good as new. Highly recommended!"
