"We spent four wonderful nights here and left with nothing but great memories. The resort is brand new (still in soft opening), and it shows in the best way: everything felt fresh, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Rooms: Our Deluxe King room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. Housekeeping was attentive throughout our stay. Location: Right on the beach, with the ferry terminal just steps away — incredibly convenient for a getaway from Singapore. The grounds are lush and beautifully landscaped, and the beach and pools are a real highlight. Dining: We ate across several of the resort's restaurants. Port 19 was excellent for a relaxed dinner with great grilled options, Yokatta served genuinely good Japanese food, and Soñada Beach Club was the perfect spot for a sunset dinner right by the water — the setting alone makes it worth it. Staff were very accommodating with a food intolerance, always happy to suggest suitable dishes. Spa: We had three treatments during our stay, and the therapists were skilled and professional every time. The spa itself is a calm, beautifully designed space — a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. Service: Being a new property, a few small things came up here and there, but every single time the staff resolved them impeccably and without any fuss. That kind of attentiveness says a lot about the team. Overall: We felt genuinely well looked after from check-in to check-out, and we'd happily come back. Highly recommended for couples looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape from Singapore."

"i feel that the room itself is great, it was super large and spacious (as expected of a whole villa) and for the price point for bintan it’s super worth it! the main novelty is the private swimming pool, and for my first time trying it out, i felt it was kinda underwhelming 😭 it’s not deep / large enough to really swim around so it’s just for chilling and sitting in… but it was really cold tbh so we just preferred not to use it. also there was an additional charge for the floating breakfast so we didn’t go for it 💔"

"We stayed at Tortise B villa. Villa have: 1. Total 3 bedrooms, all have en-suite toilet. There is 1 common toilet. Towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioners and dental kits are provided. 2. Kitchen with cockery, utensils, kettle, fridge and microwave oven. 3. A private pool with deepest end at 1.5m. We dip ourselves in the pool everyday! Beach towel are provided. 4. Spacious living room with TV. 5. A complementary buggy for you to drive. We find this particularly helpful as most restaurants are a distance (say 15mins walk) away. 6. Free WiFi provided. Overall, we had a truly perfect stay in the spacious villa! Service staff are prompt in addressing our concerns or requirements. I definitely want to go back again. Tips: 1. bring some snacks and cup noodles along. 2. Bring mosquito repellent or patch."

"I was really surprised and impressed by this place; it offers great value for money. The staff were super nice, and the environment inside is quite good and spacious. The only downside is that I hope the cleanliness can be improved. For example, I wish the balcony glass was kept cleaner, and some of the bathroom facilities in the room seemed a bit old and need checking to ensure they're fully functional."

"A very nice resort that has beautifully clean grounds, well cared for rooms and a nice beach. We spent nearly a week at Tikora Beach and loved every minute. The staff are incredible and very friendly. The food at the restaurant is exceptional with the Indonesia cuisine the highlight. The beach is clean and the water was clear and warm (July). There is not a lot directly around the resort however we did borrow the bikes and went right out of the resort. About 1km on the left u will find a convenience store. A further 500m you will find a hairdresser on the right. The reception were happy to organise a car and driver for us from the ferry terminal. We were also able to hire the same car and driver for a 6hr tour of the islands main attractions. Would definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing break. Special mention to Agung who went out of his way to make sure we were content."

"Out of ten, I would rate it as 8. What you see online about the surroundings and the beach here are all relevant in real life. As soon as my family and I checked in for a room, I started to begin the journey. Later I realized that the another rooms that overlooking the beach is more impressive as you witness the sunrise when you wake up in the morning. Of course the it might be higher when it comes to the room fare. But, Hey! this is one life time experience :) We hire the local snorkeling activity (not arranged by hotel) and hop on the fast boat at the jetty right behind the hotel facing the crystal clear sea water. You can do snorkeling by the beach but less convenient. The best snorkeling view is a little bit off the shore. The pool is superb. Sometime, some kids jump in the sea water as it is just so stunning and fresh. most of the guests here are locals (many from nearby Riau island) and the menu is sort of Asian-American in the morning breakfast. New update: the hotel is now in the making of mini park for kids and family to play in the area (no photos taken). You might experience this facility in the coming year when you here."

"It's rather old. The rooms are villas, a decent size, but the facilities are quite dated. The toilet was constantly flushing, making it difficult for most people to use; you had to manually straighten it after each use. Breakfast was poor, and the hotel's food was quite expensive. The advantage is its remote location, making it relatively quiet. It's not far from the beach, but there are basically no facilities there."
