"Once reaching at Bintan resort ferry terminal, the hotel pickup service personnel was welcome and bring us to the hotel. The check in process a bit smooth cause have long queue but that's not a big deal since can access directly the hotel room faster even not 3pm yet. Current journey is to celebrate my Anniversary 21st and also birthday of my wife at 45th, it's brings a wonderful memories by spending 2 nights here, the hotel staff very polite and gave compliment for decoration at the room. Won't hesitate to select this hotel again and again. Top Notch!"

"I booked a pool view room, but discovered that their "pool view" referred to the children's pool in another direction. I felt misled, as this wasn't clearly stated online. However, after discussion, I was upgraded to the room type I originally expected FOC. Thank you to the receptionists Putri and Ansel for their friendly and excellent service. Since we are vegetarian, we were especially grateful to Ridho at port 19 restaurant for the delicious vegetarian options arranged for us. The only drawback was that the room had some minor cleanliness issues on the bed sheet and quilt but overall it was acceptable. I will definitely de back on my next trip. Recommended."

From the moment we arrived, the whole place felt peaceful, cozy, and completely different from a normal hotel experience. One thing we actually loved was that there was no TV inside the room. Instead of spending time watching screens, we spent more quality time talking, relaxing, and simply enjoying each other’s company. It made the whole experience feel more personal, peaceful, and romantic — something that is hard to find nowadays. Our glamping tent was spacious, clean, and surprisingly luxurious. At night, the resort became even more magical with the soft lights around the pathways and cool evening air. It honestly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves. One of the highlights of our stay was the BBQ experience right outside our glamp tent. That evening was especially memorable because it was lightly drizzling outside, making the whole atmosphere feel extra cozy and romantic. Grilling food together while listening to the soft rain, enjoying the cool weather, and sitting under the shelter of our tent created such a peaceful and intimate moment for both of us. It is one of those simple memories that we will never forget. We also really enjoyed the outdoor movie night. Sitting on bean bags under the stars with blankets while watching a movie together was such a unique experience. The calm ambiance, cool night breeze, and quiet surroundings made the entire night feel warm and special. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and everything around the resort was well maintained and thoughtfully designed. If you are looking for a unique couple getaway, romantic glamping experience, or peaceful escape from the city, I would definitely recommend The ANMON Resort Bintan.
