YYanziLThe experience of staying at Sanchaya is so fabulous, impressed me deeply. The Ratree is very comfortable and lovely. The service and support from the whole team are very nice and promptly. I really love the smile of them, very sincerely and warmly. And aslo the foods in the dining room are very delicious, I really like the Indonesian foods, high quality. The hotel has beautiful lake and many lush trees, walking in the garden is so enjoyable. I am enjoying the moment at the library, peaceful and joyful. The time to circle around the lake is unforgettable to us, the best time to circle is the late of afternoon, the sunset above the lake is shocked me. Thank you guys, looking forward to staying here again.

AAnonymous UserIt was easy to engage with Sadi Beach House to arrange for transport for arrival and departure. Driver was on time and brought us as requested to shop for some small titbits and snacks along the way. Sadi Beach House also recommended venues for sight seeing as we arrived early on Bintan island. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are clean and facilities are good. Spa services and room service made easy. Food is goood and also have access to nearby restaurants and kelong for seafood. Small little things to do around here like swimming, cockle picking, kayaking and can arrange with vendors to go for other activities elsewhere. Value for money for the peace and quiet and efficient and prompt communication with staff here. Small number of available rooms so it’s nice and quiet.

Other than flapping sound of the tent when it’s windy, everything was good. We had spend our time doing lots of activities and truly enjoy ourselves. GGuest UserWe have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

MMayer ChanCheck in was quick and easy. Rooms were already blasting cold temperature at 16C with a card inserted into the system. Much appreciated due to the super hot weather.
Pool was small. More for soaking chilling than swimming.
Gym was small. Enclosed with glass with the top open-air so it can be very hot and humid. Treadmill was pitiful. It is more of a home-based type treadmill than one that is usually found in hotels.
My group of 14 adults decided to have dinner at the cafe/ restaurant. The menu is limited but sufficient for us to try the local food. Unfortunately, the food was very slow and came in bits and pieces ie 1 dish came out after 10-15min of waiting. Imagine 14 adults ordering multiple dishes + drinks? We must have ordered 30+ dishes, not including drinks. It was only at the last 20min of our dinner that many dishes came out of the kitchen at the same time. The staff was definitely not prepared to handle such orders in the evenings. Some of the dishes like satay was cold. Some dishes were also missed out. Truly disappointing.
The wait staff were nice and patient.
Breakfast was much better. Many dishes and choices.
This hotel seems to be a popular choice with Chinese nationals. The whole hotel was swarmed with them during breakfast.

SShiju JohnAmazing place to stay if you need to just relax and recharge in the calm. Just idle time sitting in the patio of your sea view villa and enjoy looking at the sea or walking by the beach collecting sea shells and finding baby mud crabs inside of the sea shells. It was not our first time staying at Mayang Sari or one of the other Nirwana properties. Hence, the smiling staff with their impeccable service levels is never a surprise but always a pleasure. Mayang Sari has its own restaurant, the Deli Cafe, where you can get local and western delicacies and drinks. The property has an Indian restaurant, Spice, which is a 5 minute walk from Mayang Sari, and Nirwana also has its own restaurant. They have a pick and drop shuttle from the ferry terminal, which makes it very convenient. Just a call put that this is Lagoi, so please don't expect to have malls around, and the city centre falls in the Tanjung Pinang area.

FfelixnswaustThe highlights of the Aston are the staff and the pool. In my opinion it's only 3 stars. I stayed in room 225. It was very musty smelling. I had the window open 24/7 and because I stayed 11 nights I bought room deodoriser to try and reduce the mustiness. I also needed to clean the mould and soap scum off the tiles and shower recess glass. My room needed renovation. The carpet needs to be replaced with hard flooring. The urnishings are dated. The restaurant is large but the menu is uninspiring. Very few vegetarian options.

Mmarie louise oi lengExcellent location away from the usual water parks and tourists. The resort is only an hr from the ferry terminal, for an additional fee, they can arrange pickup/drop off. The room is way better than the photos advertised. Every amenity you can think of is available including insect repellent cream. This is the place to stay if you want to be close to nature. There are a few species of kingfishers, sandpipers and swifts, raptors, etc just to name a few. The main highlight of this place is when the tide is low, you can walk out and go fish hunting, spot different species of crabs, and mudskippers, etc. Since it is a mangrove beach, inevitably there are sandflies so it's important to cover up when heading to the beach. The staff are friendly and food is amazing. I will be back again hopefully in the near future.
