An Unforgettable Stay at The Sanchaya Bintan – A True Paradise! Our recent vacation at The Sanchaya, Bintan was nothing short of fantastic and excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt the touch of luxury and care that defines this exquisite resort. A special mention must go to the superb team led by Greg Williams, whose attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout our stay. Under his leadership, everything ran seamlessly, and every guest was treated with exceptional hospitality. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Yani from Guest Relations, who ensured our every need was anticipated and met with grace and professionalism. Her warm demeanor and thoughtful gestures truly made us feel at home. A huge appreciation as well to Joanne from the F&B team, whose impeccable service and cheerful personality enhanced every dining experience. She made each meal a pleasure, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. And of course, our sincere thanks to Chef Budi, whose culinary creations were absolutely divine. Each dish was a masterpiece – a perfect blend of flavors, presentation, and freshness. He made dining at The Sanchaya not just a meal, but a memorable experience. This beach resorts belongs to the Nirwana Gardens, which has a lot hotels and resorts in the same area. Each resort and hotel cater to different travel needs. For this beach resort i stayed in, it is more for travellers who wanted some place quieter, and less crowded. There is a cafe here, where the breakfast is served and you can eat your lunch and dinner too. For choosing whether Garden View or Sea View, just think of the place like like, there are 2 rows of chalet. First row is beach facing, 2nd row is behind the 1st row. The cafe, defi cafe, served great food with large portion. Of course large is subjective. They do have half hour regular shuttle bus to the rest of the hotels and restaurants within their branch. For me, i prefer to walk to the Nirwana Resort hotel, where it’s cater more for families i think. The spice restaurant and kelong restaurant are buildings by themselves . You can also either take the shuttle bus or walk there. My garden view room, is very spacious. I really don’t have any comments, other than i like my room. All in all, if your objective is to have some quieter time and less noisy environment, i would said definitely choose this beach resorts. Last comment is that other than the inclusive breakfast, do be prepared to pay resort pricing for your other meals.

The room is nice, but the single bed is a bit narrow and the pillow is too high, everything else is good. Each household is equipped with an electric car to drive, which is a very good experience!

The location was really amazing, there was an amazing service put up by the crew. Only complain is that the shuttle service can be a long wait… so do buffer some time! the cleanliness of this hotel isn’t the best but good enough for a short stay!! they also only provide 2 in 1 body wash and shampoo so do bring your own! overall convenience is amazing

Stayed in the private pool ocean view villa, and it was one of the best villas I’ve ever visited! 😍 The villa itself was beautiful: * 🚽 Japanese/Korean heated toilet * 🚿 Large shower * 🛀 Large bathtub * 🪞 Couple’s sink with plenty of space * 🛏️ Big, comfortable bed The ocean is clear and unpolluted, and each villa comes with an inflatable paddle—high tide was so fun, and low tide lets you spot little fishes. It felt like a private beach —perfect for fun and amazing photos with no photo bombers.✨The pool was perfect too, cleaned daily, and the resort was very private and peaceful. 💡 If I were to share my advice 🤿 Go snorkeling! My biggest regret was not going 🥺. If the water in front of the villa is already this clear and full of fish, I can only imagine the snorkeling spots. 🐠 🍽️ The Ocean Restaurant was excellent—fresh local fish and seafood noodles for 385k IDR. I didn’t plan enough time for it 🤏🥲 but it’s seriously worth it. 💡 My advice: Stay in the ocean view villa—it’s absolutely worth it. Transport is easy to arrange, but this level of ocean view and privacy at this price is rare. ✨ The best vacations are the ones with regrets from not knowing more—so go for this. Enjoyed my 3 day stay at this resort. Nice room with a balcony and sea view. Daily breakfast included , and has plenty of options, buffet style , from local food to eggs your way , fruit , bread and the best of all - prata. Restaurant on site offers delicious food. Vegetarian options available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful sunrise you can watch from the beach. Hotel allows to rent a kayak. Overall , very calm place to relax for a quick holiday. Good value for money , recommend, and will be back again.

Biru is the villa area of Nawan Garden. The environment is very good. The waiter sent us to the door of the room with great enthusiasm. The single bed in the bedroom is a bit small and can only sleep one adult. If there are many people, you can put the two single beds together. The bathroom is a bit simplistic, if you need a comb toothbrush you can call. The overall feeling in Bintan is that people are very good. Even if the communication is not too smooth, they will not bother to explain. My request is to know one or two keywords. The only regret is that I saw a mini zoo in Nawan, I wanted to take the children to the waiter and told me that I was gone.

Wonderful moments celebrating my birthday on the stunning Bintan Island in Indonesia—a true slice of paradise. This beautiful destination is conveniently accessible with a 75-minute ferry ride from Tanah Merah, Singapore 🇸🇬, or a 20-minute trip from the Telaga Punggur ferry terminal in Batam to Tanjung Uban, as well as a 60-minute journey from Tanjung Pinang Island. During our delightful seven-night stay, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality we received. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Bintan, for the unforgettable memories!

Location is a slightly out of the way as compared to the bintan resorts area, but not an issue if you hire private charter for the day. The resort pods are very new and uses great technology. Love waking up to the amazing view!

I lost my bag that day. Thanks to the two hotel staff for helping me guard my bag. There is a lot of cash in my passport bank card. It takes up to three hours. If I lose my bag, I can't even go back to China. Thanks to the two employees who are not ignorant of the money. This is my luckiest trip 👍👍👍 that day i lost my bag.thank you very much to the two hotel staff for taking care of my bag.inside the bag are passports,bank cards,and a lot of cash.they took care of it for three hours. if my bag is missing,i can't even return to china.thanks to these two honest employees.this is the most lucky trip i have ever experienced.
