Our recent vacation at The Sanchaya, Bintan was nothing short of fantastic and excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt the touch of luxury and care that defines this exquisite resort.
A special mention must go to the superb team led by Greg Williams, whose attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout our stay. Under his leadership, everything ran seamlessly, and every guest was treated with exceptional hospitality.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Yani from Guest Relations, who ensured our every need was anticipated and met with grace and professionalism. Her warm demeanor and thoughtful gestures truly made us feel at home.
A huge appreciation as well to Joanne from the F&B team, whose impeccable service and cheerful personality enhanced every dining experience. She made each meal a pleasure, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
And of course, our sincere thanks to Chef Budi, whose culinary creations were absolutely divine. Each dish was a masterpiece – a perfect blend of flavors, presentation, and freshness. He made dining at The Sanchaya not just a meal, but a memorable experience.

YYuanzishigejiudiankongWe absolutely loved our three-night stay at the Indigo Bintan! Every morning, breakfast at SugarBeats was something to look forward to, especially because they actually serve delicious steak! The salmon, various breads, yogurts, and fruits were all fantastic. The kids' club, water park, family entertainment center, and spa are all conveniently located next door at the Holiday Inn. You can get there by taking the hotel's buggies, riding a free bicycle, or even just walking, as it's not far. The hotel offers complimentary ferry terminal transfers and a free shuttle to the nearby Plaza Lagoi. All the staff greeted us with smiles and provided excellent service. A big thank you to Manager Dian and Ria from the kids' club. We had a very satisfying stay.

GGuest UserWe had a tremendous vacation even for short ones. We booked for 2 nights but the experience was awesome. They arranged my son's birthday with decorating the room.We got to tour the engine rooms and the entire ship hotel Tuti the staff hotel was very helpful . And the restaurant staff too.. And managed to meet the owner of the hotel Mr Eric as we were recommended by his son Daryl. Will definitely come again . Thank you for the experience.

AAnonymous UserWe had wonderful weekend at HOMM Laguna Bintan. The manager, Mr Kris and staff - Benny warmly welcomed us during the check -in, making us feel at home right away.
The FO team was very helpful in arranging our dinner reservations at Saffron and Cove Restaurant at Banyan Tree Bintan, which we truly appreciated.
The view was absolutely stunning. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay

GGuest UserEverything was great but please learn to delivery ”no” message to your customer instead of stalling tactic.
We requested for early checkin as the ferry disembarked at close to 12pm. The concierge told us it was subjected to availability. They will try to clean up room quickly. We waited close to 3hrs, 15mins before official check in time to get the room.
But we noticed neighboring units were empty.. and due to low occupancy, the breakfast was ala-carte instead of buffet.

Aalmz ZacFamilies first time to this place very nice to relax. So thankful who fetch us Tedi (martedi) very kind , good service and pleasant. To manger Hardi first assist us very clear to explain so helpful, kind, good service and friendly. Nur who smiling face. Good ambience and relaxing. Breakfast good complete. My kids love it especially egg prata but our last day prata over cook,(sad),cannot service . The best snorkelling we recommend this water sport. Everything perfect except to shower so little water come out and cannot control heat . Cleaning of room
Okay everyday cleaning but never wash the cups. And never give shower gel and shampoo. Overall relax and wonderful experience. We will come back here hope got changed for shower.

DdreamerinsummerBiru is the villa area of Nawan Garden. The environment is very good. The waiter sent us to the door of the room with great enthusiasm. The single bed in the bedroom is a bit small and can only sleep one adult. If there are many people, you can put the two single beds together. The bathroom is a bit simplistic, if you need a comb toothbrush you can call. The overall feeling in Bintan is that people are very good. Even if the communication is not too smooth, they will not bother to explain. My request is to know one or two keywords. The only regret is that I saw a mini zoo in Nawan, I wanted to take the children to the waiter and told me that I was gone.

GGuest UserI lost my bag that day. Thanks to the two hotel staff for helping me guard my bag. There is a lot of cash in my passport bank card. It takes up to three hours. If I lose my bag, I can't even go back to China. Thanks to the two employees who are not ignorant of the money. This is my luckiest trip 👍👍👍
