Bintan Hotels with Breakfast

We recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests. 1. Room Consistency & Communication Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved. 2. Villa Room Maintenance On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression. We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved. Thank you for taking the time to read our feedback.

As a new mum that craved for a beach getaway since 2024, Bintan felt like the perfect idea for our little family to kick Start our travels with a ferry ride to Bintan. Sadi beach is a little bit further from the ferry terminal and main attractions (e.g. lagoi bay) but Sadi beach makes up for it with the comfortable and cosy rooms as well as the excellent service the team provides. The food is excellent, anything on the menu is a hit. We loved the fritters, nasi goreng cabe ijo and the mocktails were especially exquisite with zero alcohol!! The staff makes you feel like you're right at home and it's so convenient to converse with them via whatsapp for any queries, concerns or needs. It was an excellent stay because i felt so sad having to leave! Definitely worth a visit if you need to unwind and just relax, we chose the garden villa. There's spa/massage, a playroom for children, a pool and complimentary canoeing/bicycle rides. You can even opt for snorkeling at the nearby islands. Absolutely wonderful stay as there's something for everyone, whatever your age! The staff here are really friendly, honestly, I find them much more chill than hotel staff in China. It's not a forced friendliness for good reviews, but genuinely kind. The location is excellent, close to the sea where you can see the stars. The pool is clean, and the hygiene is good; I didn't find any bugs or anything. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but the food is delicious, and breakfast is plentiful. The air conditioning works well. I think booking a room here automatically includes airport transfers and breakfast, which wasn't very clearly stated on the description page. Highly recommend!

The stay at Natra Bintan was amazing. Room is clean and cozy, all the staffs are very friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located at the Treasure Bay where you get to play both the land and water activities and is just 5 mins from ferry terminal. Scenery is stunning and feels relaxing. Downside is all activities are a bit pricey in Treasure Bay. Breakfast choices are great and delicious. Managed to capture both sunset and sunrise at the resort.

The check- in was smoothe The access to the room was convinient (on the 3rd floor). The amenities were superb (elevator was near, dining area was located on 1st floor & wash was okay) Ovwrall would recommend to those short getaway.

We have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Banyan Tree Bintan to celebrate my birthday and Mother’s Day. While the resort itself is lovely—we especially enjoyed our seaview rainforest villa—it was the people who made our stay truly unforgettable. The service and hospitality were incredible. The staff went above and beyond, from enthusiastically helping my husband coordinate birthday surprises to providing exceptional service at every meal. We were consistently impressed by the team members who delivered and beautifully set up our room service, the housekeeping staff who kept our villa pristine, and the thoughtful team who surprised my son with a fantastic turndown treat. The genuine care shown by the staff is the primary reason I would return, and I truly hope the resort continues to value and foster such an amazing team. Regarding the amenities, while the resort does show its age, it didn’t detract from our experience. Our only suggestion would be to refresh the villa pools, as we encountered some issues with water clarity during our stay. Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would certainly recommend the resort for its world-class service. Shout out to Winny (reception), Daus, Lilik, Darwis, and Hamid who made our stay (and my birthday and Mother's Day) truly magical! I also want to compliment the staff of all three restaurants: Treetop (they made my son his favorite orange and carrot juice every morning), Saffron, and Cove — food was great but service even better.

Second time with Grand Lagoi. Great location near lagoi bay beach. There’s shops in close proximity to the hotel. Hotel has decent breakfast buffet. The warung yeah cafe near the hotel has really fragrant Ayam Bakar. Staff are super friendly and hospitable. Offers free shuttle service to and from the ferry terminal. There is a massage place right beside the hotel for a quick relaxation after you reach Grand Lagoi.

Enjoyed my 3 day stay at this resort. Nice room with a balcony and sea view. Daily breakfast included , and has plenty of options, buffet style , from local food to eggs your way , fruit , bread and the best of all - prata. Restaurant on site offers delicious food. Vegetarian options available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful sunrise you can watch from the beach. Hotel allows to rent a kayak. Overall , very calm place to relax for a quick holiday. Good value for money , recommend, and will be back again.

Stayed in the private pool ocean view villa, and it was one of the best villas I’ve ever visited! 😍 The villa itself was beautiful: * 🚽 Japanese/Korean heated toilet * 🚿 Large shower * 🛀 Large bathtub * 🪞 Couple’s sink with plenty of space * 🛏️ Big, comfortable bed The ocean is clear and unpolluted, and each villa comes with an inflatable paddle—high tide was so fun, and low tide lets you spot little fishes. It felt like a private beach —perfect for fun and amazing photos with no photo bombers.✨The pool was perfect too, cleaned daily, and the resort was very private and peaceful. 💡 If I were to share my advice 🤿 Go snorkeling! My biggest regret was not going 🥺. If the water in front of the villa is already this clear and full of fish, I can only imagine the snorkeling spots. 🐠 🍽️ The Ocean Restaurant was excellent—fresh local fish and seafood noodles for 385k IDR. I didn’t plan enough time for it 🤏🥲 but it’s seriously worth it. 💡 My advice: Stay in the ocean view villa—it’s absolutely worth it. Transport is easy to arrange, but this level of ocean view and privacy at this price is rare. ✨ The best vacations are the ones with regrets from not knowing more—so go for this. A true hidden gem—100% worth visiting! 🌊💙 ❤️ Huge thank you to the manager and team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service.
