Was expecting abit more from Marriott owned hotels. My room had a mould smell, missing hair dryer, no complimentary shaver and the water pressure was inconsistent. Activites were operated by third party so have to make booking through treasure bay. Other than that it’s a pretty average hotel as compared to others I’ve stayed.

Booked two lagoon view rooms, and were assigned to rooms 101 and 102. The rooms next to the restaurant are really uninhabitable. The band sang until 10 o'clock at night, which was so loud that it made my heart beat. There were also garbage collectors in the middle of the night, who were so loud that you could be woken up by them. The next morning at 6 o'clock, I was woken up by the sound of a few Japanese kids hitting a ball. I basically didn't get any sleep for two days. The toilet is outdoors and very hot. Except for the noise and the heat, everything else is good!

This place is great for families who want to chill and enjoy a relaxing holiday just staying within the resort grounds. There is plenty to do at treasure Bay and there is even a massage salon at affordable prices at treasure Bay. Even our young kids got foot massages and enjoyed it. The rooms are spacious and accommodated our family of five. Bed is also very big and comfy. Only thing is there is only 1 restaurant there so we ate all our meals (breakfast lunch and dinner) there throughout our stay of 4d3n. Good thing is there is a good menu variety and diff cuisines so everyone always had something to eat. Kids meals are good too. Think weekends there is live band playing so very chill and relaxing.
