I went to the beach club hotel with my roommate and his brother on 7th december. We were really impressed with the hotel from the moment we docked at the Bintan jetty, we went to the resort counter at the end and took the resort transport to get here, at the hotel we met a very nice receptionist, she was very helpful, It cannot be described in words. All the staff were very helpful, especially my roommate who can't move as he is 83 years old and can only be helped with a walking stick. We used a car to receive our meals. I could go on, but I might sound like I'm breaking the record. All I can say is thank you from the bottom up. Richard Singapore.
