I like that the location is 15 minutes away from the BBT ferry terminal and they provide free transfer to and fro. The hotel looks relatively new but it has a chalet feel rather than a resort. The beach is shared among 3 resorts and it is beautiful and clean. We ate the Indonesian buffet on Friday night which cost INR550,000 per pax. Loved the sate and kueh the most. During breakfast, we were directed to Angsana as cassia was full. Breakfast is average. The one room apartment is small but comfortable as they divided the space into bedroom, living room and kitchenette. Staff were attentive throughout the checkin, checkout, dining and transfer. All were smooth and quick. We happen to witness the release of sea turtles. Kudos to Bintan sea conservation team!

An average stay considering the cost they charge. It cannot be counted into one of the premium resorts however the way hotel has devised the restaurants and other amenities. The charges are pretty high. Do take that into account.

The dock connection is very convenient, the hotel is clean, the swimming pool and the beach are also convenient and clean. There are many restaurants in the hotel, so the family does not have to worry about eating. The scenery is beautiful. I will choose it again next time

We had a great stay in Cassia!!
1) staffs are all very friendly, always ready to greet people by smile, small talks, went extra miles to deliver a top notch service. Special shout out to Yance (we met him from Xana beach club) who was so kind and willing to go extra miles to ensure we had a great time ☺️ and the Zumba instructor who was a ball of energy 😂
2) food was delicious, Lotus cafe, u beach club, Vista, Treetops, tried the food from all of the above places and it was amazing!! Delicious, clean and beyond expectations
3) fun activities: badminton, beach volleyball ball, soccer, table tennis, aqua Zumba, foam pool party etc. the infinity pool was great too!! It was super clean and the water was not cold
4) the room was clean, they provide daily drinking water, beach tower with a bag (which is great!). They also provide free shuttle service for pick up and drop off from ferry terminal (by shuttle bus operated by the hotel).
I have nothing to complaint about for this place, highly recommended 🫶🏼

Booked a double-bedroom appartement. Good size, quiet air conditioner, polite staff. Love the long, clean and super nice beach! One of the best!
The cleaningness of the public area of the complex needs to be improved, lots of dead pests on the corridor floor every morning.
Shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel provided in the room is of poor quality... unpleasant smell...
Anyway it's still a good value for money option.
