I am the regular customer of this hotel and first time i experienced i cant check in half and hour earlier even their room is ready. i felt very uncomfortable and not welcome by them. The front desk only giving the reason oh this is all sytem all system. i truly felt disappointed not because we are not able to pay that little money is the way we felt unwelcome by them. building getting old and the wall paper start to get torn. the room i stay air con fans very little even i put it to the max. i felt very warm and not comfortable. however the trainee of the front desk is polite and helpful but not the manager in charge. she is so arrogant and not settle client's problem. I believe no more next time. bye bye

The frontliner is great and friendly. The hotel have a nice smell. All is good. But the carpet was not properly vacum and got water ponding on the toilet floor after taking bath and stain on the floor. Room is small but cozy. The bed is comfortable

Just stayed at Green Hotel, and it was a five-star experience from check-in to check-out! The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was spotless, and the amenities were top-notch. Highly recommend for a cozy and comfortable stay.
