前台小姐姐服務周到熱情大方， 旁邊有很多本地的特色美食，，房間乾淨衞生，周邊環境比較安靜，設備乾淨整潔。衞生做得很好 打車也很方便。 這家酒店主打就是性價比，交通又便利，旁邊就是汽車站，高速路口就在旁邊，不遠處，房間衞生很乾凈，桌面一塵不染,工作人員很好很有耐心！早餐豐富，非常滿意。

房間寬敞，房間乾淨，價格划算，服務很好， 首先前台小姐姐服務態度是真的很好，客人迎面走來第一句是先問好，禮節太到位了！前台很專業辦理入住也很快，酒店工作人員細心温柔，表揚前台服務員整體素質都很高，很為客户着想。酒店有停車場，免費停車很方便，房間寬敞，衞生間非常乾淨，熱水很給力，很乾凈又安靜，空調無噪音。房間是仿木質地板很乾凈沒有任何異味。浴室乾濕分離很方便，酒店裡麪的洗髮露，沐浴露也用起來特別舒服，熱水器放熱水很快幾乎是幾秒就來了。寬敞明亮，性價比超高，床墊很軟很軟很軟很軟，退房也無須等待方便快捷，酒店早餐在7樓，早餐豐富，健康衞生 ，味道不錯，餐廳設計不錯，酒店設施和環境都不錯，一如即往的舒適家的感覺！安靜，舒適！服務人員也很熱情和專業。經常入住，也推薦朋友入住，

酒店裝修風格簡約大氣，位置離鳳凰湖很近，出行很方便，工作人員的服務都非常熱情貼心，有免費停車場，大廳還有茶水和咖啡，晚上有保安巡邏，安全又放心，早餐也很好吃，下次還會再來的！
