"From November 2023 to November 2024, I stayed at the Wyndham Hotel in Binyang 25 times! Each stay cost between nearly 400 and 500 yuan! I usually leave positive reviews when the staff asks, after all, everyone's job is tough. But this stay was absolutely terrible, it infuriated me! Yesterday afternoon, check-in took too long, and they gave me a small room on the side of the room. Not only was the room small, but I was also woken up early this morning by the noise of square dancing downstairs! In a small county town, a hotel costing over 400 yuan a night doesn't even provide fruit or milk. What annoyed me most was that I ordered takeout and they made me go downstairs to get it myself, saying the robot was broken! What does it matter to me if the hotel equipment is broken? I want service! I called the front desk, and the staff member brought it up to me with a grumpy face! It was absolutely the most frustrating stay I've ever had! I don't think I'll ever come back!"

"Stayed here for two nights while exploring Binyang, and it turned out to be a solid choice. The hotel is right in the middle of things but still quiet enough to sleep well. Right across the street there's a sour rice noodle shop that's been around for like 20 years—locals line up there at lunch. The noodles are tangy and sweet, and they put this crispy pork on top that's just amazing. Only cost me like 12 yuan. In the evening I walked about 10 minutes to the cultural square, lots of locals dancing and kids running around with those light-up shoes. Super chill vibe. The next day I grabbed a shared e-bike right outside the hotel and rode to Fenghuang Lake Park, maybe 15 minutes. Great place for a walk, the path goes right along the water, and there's a nice breeze in the evening. Also tried the braised beef offal pot at a small shop near the hotel, the radish was cooked until it basically melted in my mouth. The room was nothing fancy but clean, AC worked well, and the bed wasn't too hard or too soft. Would definitely stay again if I'm back in Binyang."
