Staff at reception was friendly. Basic room for 1 night is acceptable. Just a few minutes walk from the train station.Check out was 10am but I done a late check out for £20 Up to 1pm.Need to ask for hairdryer at reception and no kettle in room.I asked for the highest floor room and request for the back of hotel as it’s quieter.Front of hotel their are bars and restaurants nearby .I was on the third floor.I didn’t hear anything.

The bathroom leaked into my bedroom … then flooded … even though the shower curtain was carefully done.
The door slamming of other guests was horrible. The room was freezing when I checked in and it took few hours to warm to comfort.
No table or even a small bed side table to put your stuff…
The bathroom reminded me of hospital bathrooms… not pleasant.

Everything was great. Its close proximity to the train station makes it perfect for those on a tight schedule. The luggage storage service was incredibly convenient. We managed to explore Birmingham in a single day, dropping off our bags early in the morning and picking them up in the evening before catching our train to the next city. It made the whole experience simple and efficient.

Did not enjoy the stay, room was tiny, no kettle for a hot drink, no space to put any belongings, only change the bedding every six days unless you pay a fee.

Absolutely disgusted with trip.com I booked the easy hotel through trip.com for the 31 January to the 1st of January. Confirmed booking checked details and instantly cancelled my booking as some how it got booked for the 30 December to the 31 December and even though I cancelled with 30 seconds they refused to give my money back
