"I was genuinely surprised by how convenient the hotel's location was. It's just 20-30 meters from the train station, making it incredibly easy to reach. We could walk to every attraction, completely eliminating the need for public transportation. Chinatown being right next door was fantastic, offering endless dining options to suit all our family's tastes. The hotel itself was very quiet and comfortable, and it felt incredibly secure. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay!"

"We have stayed in Leonardo Hotels before and have never been disappointed. Our stay in Birmingham was just the icing on the cake, from check in to check, the Staff were amazing. We were celebrating my husband 70 birthday and attending the British Golf Open. We were given free parking and a drink in the bar. Shannon was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Gabriel was in the bar and restaurant and so attentive and helpful. All staff were happy, helpful and gave fantastic Customer Service. The hotel was in a great location and the breakfast was lovely especially the Porridge, perfect. I would recommend this hotel and Leonardo hotels in general. Thank you for making our stay so special."

"🌚 A truly terrible stay, incredibly inconvenient. The car park is a good 10-minute walk from the hotel. Plus, you have to navigate stairs from the hotel entrance to the reception, which is a real pain when you have luggage. 🌚 What was most infuriating was the abysmal service. On the evening of March 19th, the tall, Black female receptionist was incredibly rude. I arrived exhausted, and she didn't greet me at all. Her tone was impatient, and she just seemed completely indifferent, making us feel very unwelcome. 🌚 On the daytime shift on March 20th, there were two women working. The Black woman was polite, but the other, a white woman with black hair, was extremely rude. When we asked if the hotel could assist if we had any issues with the parking during our stay, she curtly replied that there was nothing they could do and we'd have to contact the car park ourselves. Overall, a very poor hotel experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone."
