Excellent service from start to finish, had food and the service from Sam was second to none. Couldn’t do enough for us. Definitely recommend the steak, unbelievable. Room was to a high standard and spa was also great. Perfect getaway even when pregnant.

Nice hotel Friendly staff But no air con at all. Also no fans avaliable for majority of rooms as not enough in hotel as one member of staff explained. Very bad nights sleep with load music coming from the DJ in the reception bar and sweltering heat Wont be coming again

This is one of the best spas I have ever been too, the fire and ice experience was a lovely surprise and the overall facilities were incredible. The cleanliness, staff and quality of our afternoon tea was outstanding. I had a 50 minute facial and I was looked after by the lovely Maria, the facial was very relaxing and luxurious and Maria made sure to help me afterwards with some products I was interested in purchasing and also recommending the soothing cream from the new demologica brand being introduced. Myself, my sister and my mum throughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely making our trips the belfry more frequent! Definitely recommend for both a day and overnight spa!

Had a wonderful day at the spa, from the moment we arrived it was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, the schedule for the day was brilliantly planned out, no rushing around, had plenty of time enjoy everything and completely relax - just what you want. My treatment was amazing, and Frances was extremely professional and very friendly, a credit to the belfry. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. Thank you all for an amazing day.

Lovely friendly staff, great live entertainment in the main bar on the Saturday night. The room was very clean and fresh with a very nice bathroom with walk in shower. Would stay here again.

The team in the Brabazon Bar were as always exemplary in their service, friendly courteous and attentive! It’s always a real joy to meet here for business which is always very pleasurable or indeed pleasure! Michelle, Alyson and Ali were amazing 🤩 We come regularly to the Brabazon for business meetings , the facilities are great and we always feel so welcome 🤗 the service we receive is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you to the Team at the Brabazon and for my iced coffee it was amazing. We look forward to spending more time with you all x

We spent a delightful afternoon in the Brabazon Bar, pleasant comfortable and not over crowded. The staff were excellent, both Alyson and Evie served us. They were friendly, courteous and very professional and were ably assisted by their 2 colleagues behind the bar. We hadn't visited the Belfry for a long time and had forgotten what a great meeting place it is. Will certainly return very soon.
