"The room was quite cold, and the door lock wasn’t functioning properly. The shower didn’t meet expectations either. However, the location was excellent, and the customer service was decent. Overall, it wasn’t a very pleasant stay. Given that it was winter in December and with the cold outside, you’d expect a warm, inviting room. Unfortunately, it felt quite chilly. Additionally, the towels had a musty smell, which was disappointing."

"I had booked a family room . When we arrived it was freezing there was a problem with boiler . Which fair enough these things can happen . . When I pulled blind down there was loads of dead wasps I picked some up put in bin . But could see some on carpet . The bathroom was all dusty and hairs definitely hadn't been cleaned the shower basin was unlevel which meant floor was soaking . . My daughter had to keep calling reception as baby was frozen . Eventually we were put in to 2 separate rooms . Which were mouldy room 17 window didn't close properly . And room 19 no kettle but cups . We had booked in here as it was a memorial celebration for my brother so we had no choice . May I say the staff were nice and done there best ."
