The hotel is small but since it was a nearby hotel to my relatives in Sutton Coldfield. However, overall the hotel is not bad and quiet, the restaurant provides a wide variety of British brewage

A very comfortable overnight stay in an accessible room. All we needed and the early check in was so smoothly arranged as we travelled south via Kerry. A warm welcome awaited us: the room was spacious and clean; the bed extremely comfortable and the accessibility was everything we could have asked for with wet room facilities and great supports for the shower and toilet. Good hot water! . Tea and coffee facilities readily available. Breakfast next door in the restaurant was good quality and with good service.

Lovely clean room and friendly staff, hotel is in a great location for Sutton town centre. We ate in the pub which was also clean and the staff were friendly. The room was quiet at night so we were all able to get a good night sleep. I would recommend this hotel.

A good standard hotel- once I found it. The signage outside was a little difficult to see and I must have driven past it a number of times. Cleaning of the room needed more attention. Staff were really friendly. I had a take away meal from the pub next door- it wasn’t really worth the money. Continental breakfast wasn’t really continental- a few pastries and fruit isn’t quite there, but it is often what budget hotels class as continental

Rented a room at this Premier Inn for 1 night for a Spa Day (booked nearby). On returning to the room after dinner, we pulled the sheets back on the bed to find bed bugs (mites) on the sheets. We immediately left the room and were offered a replacement room but left the hotel as we weren't comfortable it was clean. Receptionist was unable to provide any level of compensation beyond free breakfast or Wi-Fi. 3 days later we have not been refunded.

The room was comfortable and clean and we all slept well. The only quibble with the bathroom was that the water-sink and shower-would keep losing pressure for a second and then kick back in really hot. Breakfast was good. They say its cooked to order but ours arrived remarkably quickly while we were still having cereal and wasn't especially hot so we suspect they actually have the usual buffet set out in the kitchen and simply plate it up and serve it for you.

Breakfast here amazing! However staff at reception and the actual bed very bad. Bed is really hard and the staff receptionist wasn’t that happy to be there. The floor in the room was not cleaned was dirty

Arrived an hour early to a very rude receptionist who advised would have to pay £10 if wanted to check in early. Agreed to pay to be told you will have to come back in 15mins. Had thought of using this hotel in the future but not with the unfriendly welcome. Hotel is also tired and not the usual Premier Inn standard.

Needs a complete refurbishment! The whole inside of this building needs updating. It looks very run down and grubby. The beds are comfortable and the shower good. The attached bar is good with very reasonably priced drinks. Good atmosphere and quite busy when we were there. The food in the bar was just ok. Nearby Tesco express is very handy. There is also a nice park for a walk nearby.
