GGuest UserLocated on part of the Birmingham University campus in Edgbaston so good location for academic conferences / visiting the university, also short distance to dental hospital, cricket ground, tennis centre etc. Plenty of free parking including blue badge and EV charging. Check-in was quick and efficient. Angela, who checked us in, was friendly and helpful. There is a large bar which serves smaller meals throughout the day and also a restaurant in the evening. The bar food was average price for hotel food (£12+ for sandwich with some soup) and average quality. Room was clean and tidy, with modern decor. It was very spacious and well equipped with seating and table, ironing board, plenty of pillows, pod coffee machine and plenty of coffee pods, tea bags etc. Black out blinds worked well and there was minimal noise from other rooms / corridor. Would definitely stay again if in the Edgebaston / Birmingham area.

GGuest UserHotel was in great location for conference at millennium point. Easy access to city but nicely located in slightly quieter spot in Aston university campus. Room was nice and even could have a range of pillows . Bathroom nice , with good fluffy towels . I did think the products were likely watered down and the loo roll was the brown scratchy sort . I was on the second floor and only real complaint was that from 7am the main door slams, it’s like one of those sound cannons waking you up.
Maybe a quiet shut be an easy fix.
Otherwise the staff are all really polite and helpful. Free swim/ gym pass for the university pool is a real nice touch. All in all excellent . But a soft close on that door would be amazing .

NNiumaLindaThe rooms are spacious and bright. The front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast offered a great selection, and the beer at the restaurant was delicious. We also found the meal portions to be very generous. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 20-minute walk to the lively downtown area, and public transport access is easy. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

LLlewelynThis place was a great location, absolutely beautiful castle, and comfortable room. Clean, nice staff, and while it is seemingly a very busy wedding venue you can still take time to look throughout the beautiful old building and nice garden outside. Our slight issue with some of the lighting was spoken about in person to the staff who were open and listened, which we appreciated. Enjoyed the bar and dining experience from dinner food to breakfast. Would stay again!

GGuest UserAll staff were excellent always very helpful, facilities need refreshing hotel needs sprucing up, gym equipment tired and ripped Pool small.
Chairs in the bar area either dirty or broken, very busy hotel trying to be too many things to too many people. Tried to book Spa on Saturday or Sunday both full.
Breakfast basic to say the least.
It was a shame, as once again the staff made our stay.

NNSEJOKERAn amazing stay as always the staff here always go above and beyond for you needed slightly larger room due to my partner on crutches and they even put us in a room we was in before! Such clean facilities me and my partner felt really comfortable safe and happy here will stay again! Comfy pillows, bed, lovely bathroom shower and bath, toiletries on wall are very nice smelling, we will be back on Thursday to stay! :)

SsnoozyharuGood option for family and friends on a short stay, perfect for visiting the arena. Parking garage is small and can fill up, but should be parking on the street outside. Not the cleanest, shows signs of wear and tear, good location.
