soso238The one bedroom suite room is spacious for 2 to stay for few days. The kitchenette has the basic items and cutleries for simple cooking. Daily complimentary breakfast has all the basic breakfast items.
Location is very close to Birmingham New Street Station. Lots of shops and restaurant nearby and easy access to China town too.

The hotel was very good, quiet, located on a university campus, and the staff were very friendly. The gym only had cardio equipment, but the pool, sauna, and Turkish bath were all excellent.

B_orsomethingI stayed in a top floor deluxe suit and absolutely loved my stay at the AC Hotel in Birmingham. The room was beautifully designed—stylish, modern, and super comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating from start to finish. The drinks were surprisingly great value, and the location overlooking the water made for a stunning view. I’ll definitely be back! My photo doesn't do it near enough justice

Guest UserExcellent, truly excellent! The hotel discovered it was our graduation trip and immediately upgraded us to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. They also provided a welcome amenity! The room itself was fantastic, absolutely no complaints. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Birmingham!

Great old hotel very spacious and full of character.. bit noisey from the street early hours but guess it is a city center ... great breakfast , bread/toast could be better quality and so could the coffees but it was minor and did the job . We would stay here again conveniently next to the train station and tram stop to get around .
Lovely staff too :)

This place was a great location, absolutely beautiful castle, and comfortable room. Clean, nice staff, and while it is seemingly a very busy wedding venue you can still take time to look throughout the beautiful old building and nice garden outside. Our slight issue with some of the lighting was spoken about in person to the staff who were open and listened, which we appreciated. Enjoyed the bar and dining experience from dinner food to breakfast. Would stay again!

Guest UserLovely place to stay, the owner was very responsive which is great and accommodated a late check out which I totally appreciate! I was originally given the wrong room but once Informed the owner he amended this and apologised. The original room I wanted actually had a broken door panel which he explained but it didn’t bother me to be honest. Loved the bath and the projector - a few things unfortunately that need to be looked into, the bathroom flooded during my shower with the water migrating to the right side which then needed me to physically use whatever I could to get the water towards the shower drain.
The bath, when you’re running it the attached shower continuously also drops water again which I had to get whatever I could to soak up.
There is no shampoo or conditioner in the shower, bath salts would be a lovely touch considering I feel the bath is a real selling point to the room. The cutlery was dirty but it’s ok because I wash anything before I use it.
In the morning workmen whithin the apartment were making the MOST noise, literally in the little terrace just under the apartments windows however the apartment does have supply pair of earbuds which I soon realised was needed.
Either way I will stay again for sure but yeah needs some tweaks which I’m highlighting as constructive feedback. Thanks Gurmukh

Raymond@GMGI just stayed for one night at Lea Marston hotel. Did not have time to enjoy the facilities. Location is a bit off but still okay for drivers.

Guest UserThe location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to Bullring and most shops and restaurants. But the carpark is a bit of a walk through a not so nice area. Plus the closer car park is not 24 hours. So one night after a dinner that finished late, I missed the closing time of the car park and had to park at the car park that is further away.
For cleanliness, the room is generally clean. But the bath towels were not clean. Out of the 6 nights I stayed there, 3 nights I had to ask for replacement towels because the new towels put in my room has various stains on them.
