Great
GGuest UserThe apartment was central, clean and presentable. The bed seemed smaller than a double. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were good.
The TV was not programmed and we were unable to connect the tv to the internet so it remained unused.
We had two main issues during our night stay.
One - Continuous Horrendous noise from 11:45pm till early hours of the morning 1:30am ish then for it to start again at 4am. The noise was bottles being put in bins and bins being moved. It sounded like the bottles were being dropped from a height into the bin then the bins being emptied. We had such a poor nights sleep. In the morning we could see that the bins were right up against our windows to the apartment.
Two - We eventually dropped off to sleep to be woken up by our apartment door being opened and someone saying Hello..my husband shouted and the person apologised and shut the door. It was very scary and our privacy was disturbed and our sleep, and due to the fact we couldn’t sleep in the night, it was very unpleasant. I did not feel safe.
I emailed the company for an explanation but had nil response.
GGracie3Located within the city centre. A few minutes to the Christmas Market so we managed to get back there twice. Also, it’s very near to Bullring, New Street Station, Metro and Grand Central. There are also loads of restaurants around.
Clean room, no odd smell anywhere, spacious and well- lit. Air-con and TV worked well. Has a fridge and microwave. The kitchen is well-equipped including kitchen towel and dish soap. The bed is very comfortable, the sheets and pillows were clean and smelled fresh. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were helpful. It was a lovely stay. 👍💗
SSaurabh Sharma, LondonI had a wonderful stay at this serviced apartment. The property was spotless and extremely well maintained, with all the amenities you could ask for, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which really added to the experience. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a studio to a one-bedroom apartment, which was spacious and thoughtfully laid out. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby bus stops and conveniences. The food was another highlight—fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended for both short and long visits
GGayatri GallowayWhat a gem! Literally direct opposite one of the rear entrances of the grand New Street Station, up the stairs/lift into a little arcade of shops (nail bar/hair salon and luxury watches) and the hotel entrance.
The check in lobby is nothing much impressive but the overall building and decor with high ceilings, big staircases and marble surfaces are albeit a bit outdated in tone, still much preferable to us.
The room is very spacious and the bathroom with Elemis supplied soap walk-shower and self-standing bathtub is the biggest we’ve ever been into.
The hotel bar, restaurant and breakfast area are located on the first floor looking over the New Street pedestrian shopping street and the staff are very good.

GGuest UserIt's a nice hotel but you have to remember that a lot of people book this hotel as a wedding venue. We stayed from Friday to Sunday and the first night was awful. There was a wedding going on and the music was so loud and didn't stop until 12.15am and then it took another half an hour for the very noisy, drunk guest to leave.
On Saturday there was another wedding but this time the type of people were different and so there was no loud music and I hardly heard the people leaving. My room was a family room in the coach house.
Sunday morning some builders started work in the coach house at 8 am which I was not happy about so I told them and they stopped.
Another thing was the lift not working so my elderly Mum found it really hard walking up to the second floor. However, the hotel was able to give us a ground floor room which wasn't a family room but we managed to squeeze in a single bed.
The staff were great and the breakfast was decent.
GGuest UserLocation: Perfect
Service efficiency: Perfect
The room size is more spacious than what you'd typically find in London.
My only minor complaint: On several stays, I've found multiple hairs in both the toilet and bathtub. This was just one instance of hair; last time, it was long hair. I'll let you imagine the rest.

QqdcottonThis place can accommodate four people traveling together. It's in a very safe location next to Birmingham City University, and there are two supermarkets downstairs with normal prices. You can take different routes from either side of the hotel to the city center every day. It's very quiet, you can only hear the seagulls. There's also a great Indian restaurant in the area opposite. It's very close to the hotel, you can reach the Canal House (canal-side area) within 2 minutes, and just a short walk from there is old Birmingham.
AAnonymous UserThe staff was great, The room size is ok but the bathroom is not good because when you showered the water will splash out and almost flow out from the bathroom. Air conditioning is not working during my staying and it’s summer!🥵
HHouse of FunThe lOCATION was very convenient; as their was easy access to Birmingham Wharfside and Mailbox, leaving me with many restaurant options. For those that love to travel into the city to shop this is the perfect location due the Bullring was around a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
Upon arrival there was know one at reception to check us in; we waited approximately 5 minutes before a staff member arrived. However the staff member that attended to us we very polite at and helpful. Good SERVICE
The hotel rooms itself had an innovative modern style.
The bed was very comfortable and linen was beautifully textured, they were also very considerate with towel as they insured that spare towels where provided. I must say the the the rooms were very CLEAN I was also very pleased with the robes that were provided. Contrary to all theses great factors the corridors within the complex are in some much need of a refurb.
Apart from the hotel rooms there was no other AMENITIES because unfortunately the guest !NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THE SPA! due to its closure earlier this year. This was very misleading due to the fact that the hotels unique selling point and main advertisement focus was the spa.
