DDr Massey NazarianIt was generally a good stay. The only two issues I had this time were:
1- The shower drain was almost blocked. It took me ages to take my shower as the water was about to flood and I had to clise the water and wait for it to be emptied before I could open the water again.
2- the was not enough toilet paper.

GGuest UserThe hotel is decent, and the location is quite convenient. The front desk service was just okay. Breakfast selection was a bit limited, but the taste was pretty good. Transportation is very convenient, especially for getting to the train station. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a local experience.

GGuest UserI enjoyed, the views of the city, and the ability to see my car in the car park below, the room was clean, the wifi was easy to connect to, and the bed although, firm, was comfortable.
Breakfast was good with a varied choice, I did have to swap out my chair at the table however as the one I had felt much too low for eating..

GGuest UserReally impressed with our stay at the Holiday Inn at Birmingham. Great location as it next the train station and city centre. Pleasant and polite staff and reception area with lots comfortable chairs and sofas to chat in. We had a twin room which was large with comfortable beds and a huge tv screen. The dated building from the outside does not reflect the fresh and delightful furnishings inside. Fully recommend.

SSfrixelReally unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously.
Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it.
Very very very unsatisfied.

AACGRExcellent establishment, this is my second stay in a year. It's well-located, the staff are very welcoming, and the studios are well-equipped. Plus, there are shops nearby, allowing you to be self-sufficient. Don't hesitate to book – I'm definitely coming back to this hotel next year!

Ssalaudin lunatThe check-in process was very easy. Friendly check-in staff behind the counter. Clean room. Nice location however, room was very cold (no heating although there are central heating available in the rooms. Hot shower, clean towels and beddings. Only 1 pillow. TV in room. Only 1 lift in operation.
