One person has a big bed, which is very comfortable, and the hotel's service attitude is also very good. Playing cards and drinking with friends at the hotel was a good experience. The hotel provides disposable slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste.

It wasn't our first visit to a hotel from a Malmaison chain and safe to say the experience didn't disappoint. The hotel is positioned very centrally and everything you need is at most 10 minutes walk away. Unlike other Malmaison hotels we have visited this one also offers spa and gym facilities which are open for the hotel guests and although we haven't had a chance to make use of them they did look nice and we will make sure to book a much longer stay to enjoy these facilities in the future.
Breakfast as always didn't disappoint and is highly recommended. Same goes to the bar area which is very nicely design allowing the guests to enjoy a nice drink in the evening.

From the moment, my friends and I arrived the warmth and welcome of the reception was 2nd to none. This just carried on for the whole of our stay from the chambermaids and duty manager who went above and beyond to help us retrieve a bracelet dropped down the sink…. To the breakfast staff lovely lovely people, I was so proud to bring my friends from Norfolk to my home city. Emma Morgan, you have an amazing team and it obviously all filters down from your management style. Thank you for putting Birmingham back on the map for me. Oh and the beds were the comfiest I’ve ever stayed in …. Everywhere was immaculate the food was delicious the location absolutely spot on….do I need to go on we will be back🙏🏻

Amazing, welcoming and baby friendly place - we enjoyed our stay so much. Used the cafe next to reception after we dropped off luggage early. Very convenient. Right next to shops. Room temperature could be easier to control, check in quicker and cooked breakfast could be slightly better. Overall was excellent though and will be first choice in Birmingham when we are next back!

Great stay as always, I’m a regular now, as everyone from reception to housekeeping is just so wonderful, kind and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.

Treated Mom to a belated Mother's day lunch. Had a lovely meal and to top it off a very friendly waiter named Tiago who had went above and beyond and treated us to a glass of prosecco to top off the afternoon. He made us feel very welcome and relaxed throughout our stay
