Very dirty hotel, common areas and room.
The single bed above was full of hair. The floor was completely dirty.
Very hard headboards and mattress. Breakfast has nothing to do with the photos, very poor and of low quality. I don't recommend it at all.
There are no USB ports in the room, if you are coming from an area other than England, bring an adapter for the plug.

A hotel with good value for money. My child and I stayed for 5 days. The room was comfortable and clean, the cleaning was timely, the facilities were complete, and hot water and coffee were provided on the first floor. I think it is an ideal choice for business travelers. Our room is a family room, but the WiFi signal is not very good and the speed is relatively slow. Everything else is very satisfactory!

I cant thank the staff enough from check in to check out the service was excellent. The ladies on check in were very efficient and helped with car park charges.
The staff were accommodating to provide extra toilet roll finished in room and nothing was an inconvenience for the staff.
I will most likely visit again.

The rooms are incredibly cramped, inducing a sense of melancholy. I now rue my decision to reserve them, especially since there are alternatives merely 10 minutes away from this location. These other options are priced just slightly higher—around 10 to 15 pounds—but offer superior space and more appealing design. Staying in this hotel feels akin to sleeping inside a chilly, constricting, and disheartening box.
