The room is spacious especially if you have luggage to open. Clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast is good. Location wise, walkable to Birmingham New Street train station given you don’t have big heavy luggage. Although I can hear the people outside but it’s not really bad. You can ask for some essentials if you forgot yours, available at the reception. The staff were nice and accommodating.

Poor quality AC, lift does not work

It was a very nice accommodation with warm and welcoming staff. Breakfast was amazing. Very close to Afro lounge and we had so much fun. I will stay there again

Clean and comfortable, mattress is firm and supportive. Location is quiet, and next to overground.
Breakfast is average, but they have make your own waffle, which is unique and delicious. Parking is available on street. Nice Malaysian restaurant located at 10 min walk away. Will recommend and choose again in future. Keep up!

Friendly receptionist, toilet in room was dirty upon arrival which put me off from showering. Poor lighting in room, quite noisy in the hallway from 8am

The hotel was horrible staff rude bedsheets was stained & hall smelt of **** staff would not change our room when we found bedbugs issues
