GGuest UserThe hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a modern and stylish feel throughout. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Its location right in the city centre was perfect, everything was easily accessible, making it a great choice for convenience and comfort. I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserStayed at the Hampton by Hilton hotel whilst attending a show at the Symphony Hall, the location was perfect.
The hotel and room was spacious and clean, staff so helpful and friendly and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserAll staff were excellent always very helpful, facilities need refreshing hotel needs sprucing up, gym equipment tired and ripped Pool small.
Chairs in the bar area either dirty or broken, very busy hotel trying to be too many things to too many people. Tried to book Spa on Saturday or Sunday both full.
Breakfast basic to say the least.
It was a shame, as once again the staff made our stay.

GGuest UserThis hotal was lovely we had to do a late check in after 9 clock as we got hear late but the staff service was fantastic very helpful and very polite would definitely stay hear again breakfast was a buffet breakfast help your self the only thing they didt have was fried eggs but they had scrambled egg thy had tea coffee hot chocolate machine and also help your self to apple juice orange juice lots of staff around clear area were people had been ready for other people to sit as have breakfast area was nice clear room was clear and tidy nice shower and toilet room beds comfortable had a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed .

SSfrixelReally unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously.
Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it.
Very very very unsatisfied.

GGuest UserArrived after a late flight. Watm welcome and efficient, was sble to get to the toom quickly snd get some overdue rest.
Late breakfast but everything still neing fully stocked. Wide sekection of hot snd cold food.
Would have welcomed a later check out, nit no big issue.
The property was well maintained and the stsff courteous. Fantastic price for a kast minute booking

QqdcottonThis place can accommodate four people traveling together. It's in a very safe location next to Birmingham City University, and there are two supermarkets downstairs with normal prices. You can take different routes from either side of the hotel to the city center every day. It's very quiet, you can only hear the seagulls. There's also a great Indian restaurant in the area opposite. It's very close to the hotel, you can reach the Canal House (canal-side area) within 2 minutes, and just a short walk from there is old Birmingham.

JJSTWComfort Inn Location is great, just next to Birmingham New Street train station and within 3 mins walking distance to Birmingham China town, so plenty of restaurants and cafe surround this hotel.
The only downside is the shower area, the curtain was short and water spilling everywhere when take shower.
Overall I would rate 4.0 for Comfort Inn due to excellent location and reasonable price

HHouse of FunThe lOCATION was very convenient; as their was easy access to Birmingham Wharfside and Mailbox, leaving me with many restaurant options. For those that love to travel into the city to shop this is the perfect location due the Bullring was around a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
Upon arrival there was know one at reception to check us in; we waited approximately 5 minutes before a staff member arrived. However the staff member that attended to us we very polite at and helpful. Good SERVICE
The hotel rooms itself had an innovative modern style.
The bed was very comfortable and linen was beautifully textured, they were also very considerate with towel as they insured that spare towels where provided. I must say the the the rooms were very CLEAN I was also very pleased with the robes that were provided. Contrary to all theses great factors the corridors within the complex are in some much need of a refurb.
Apart from the hotel rooms there was no other AMENITIES because unfortunately the guest !NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THE SPA! due to its closure earlier this year. This was very misleading due to the fact that the hotels unique selling point and main advertisement focus was the spa.
