Great hotel, staff were lovely, clean and the check in time and check out time is so convenient.
All hotels follow a 3pm check in, 11am check out but the late checkout at Penta is a god send!

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Birmingham. Walk is not too far to Broad street which is where we were headed. The decor is tastefully done and the pool table on the 1st floor was greatly enjoyed for a little bit of relaxation and competitiveness. Stayed in a Penter plus room on the 7rh floor and despite the lack of bath robe and slippers which it stated on trip, the room was modern, fresh, clean and comfortable.
