Could have done with a blanket as bed was a bit cold. But overall was clean and tidy. We stayed for a concert at Utilita Arena and found the location to the concert easy to get to, and that the parking was so close. Staff were very friendly, Silva on reception was very helpful. We travelled from Hampshire and found it all easy to get to

Silvia was excellent, she kindly changed my room as my original room was a bit loud. She then also recommended the Nuffield Health gym as its £5 a session for travelodge guests. The rooms were clean and there were no issues inside either of the rooms.

The Travelodge was spotless, very convenient for access to the City Centre, close to bus route and tram line.

Had a great nights stay here. Room was spotless and comfortable. Hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. The bar area is very nice and found myself wanting to stay there with my drink. Food is great also and plenty of choice at breakfast. Would recommend to stay here

Great friendly service! What a lovely team of forward facing staff! Check in with Shah was extremely smooth despite being late. Check out amenable also. I’ll add that some might find it awkward to lug cases and heavy bags up the flight of steps. There must be a lift but it’s not obvious.

Extremely comfortable, great friendly, very helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Really comfortable beds. Very quiet. Cleanliness 10/10. Easy to find, great location. Close to amenities. Easy to find your room. Loving the massive corridor, you don't get that in many hotels! Had some information about the history of the hotel, what it used to be.

We were covered in bed bug bites when we woke up from out 2 hour sleep. Would not recommend and will never be staying again.
