Depressing, sad hotel on a complex with no life. Hotel needs a massive refurb and rooms crying out to be refitted. Basic 2* hotel and would not stay with Travelodge again.

Dirty towels had red marks on them and dark brown circles that can be seen in the light when you hold the towel up brow crusty stain on the carver and the shampoo dispenser was broken giving out no product terrible .

Super helpful staff... The receptionists were both wonderful.... I appreciate the professionalism. THE LOCATION IS JUST SUPERB.. YOU HAVE EVERYTHING AROUND.. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE COMING FOR BORH BUSINESS AND LEISURE.. HAPPY

The staff were excellent and hotel itself is well kept and comfortable plus just a 3 minute walk from the tram stop.I wouldn’t recommend it for a solo travelling female getting back late as the location when the shops / cinema are closed made me nervous.

Faiyaz and the the rest of the staff are always so welcoming and friendly and are always ready to help. Me and my sister constantly return to stay once a month because of.the staff alone they make the stay so enjoyable and easy.

Overnight stay whilst attending an event. Room was basic as travel lodges are, was clean with extra pillows and the shower was good. Man who checked us in on Sat 11th was friendly and helpful. Staff on breakfast in the morning were friendly and attentive. My request for veggie sausages was dealt with promptly and breakfast buffet was good. Thanks to the staff.
