The staff were really friendly, the room itself wasn't very clean and the sink was leaking, toilet kept gurgling throughout the night and obviously can't be help but the location meant the night was very noisy.

Currently about to check out of this Travelodge after 2 nights (Take That tour). It's so close to the Utilita Arena, a 15 minute walk if that down the canal, so some beautiful walks. Each morning we went for breakfast, we were greeted by the very smiley and lovely Bert, who made our mornings so much better! The room itself was clean and we had no problems whatsoever. Had such a lovely time that we will certainly be coming back to this hotel in the future.

Absolutely brilliant stay I've just checked out this morning 19th may accessible room was lovely and the man on check in yesterday went above and beyond!! Thank you so much for making my trip so good I didn't catch a name 👎🏼 but he was so lovely, wish everyone was like him we need more of him in this world hope you see this. 😁

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Breakfast was lovely. Bert and Claire couldn't do enough for us. So helpful. Checking in staff were brilliant. I actually can't fault anything about this hotel. On street parking cost £5. The walk to the nie is 5 minutes and you're near all the bars

Comfy beds! Clean! Helpful receptionist (Joshua) and staff! And a great breakfast buffet provided by Bert who was very helpful and responsive to any requests A lovely place to stop over! Breakfast till 11 too! And check out at 12! Nice! Also the showers very good

Very comfortable room and good value. Really good breakfast. We had food from the hot buffet but one of our party fancied pancakes. Bert who was on duty was incredibly helpful and fetched some for us and then also came over to help us at our table as we had a slight wobble (the table not us). Really great service.

Excellent service Joshua and Bert were very helpful at breakfast and with the parking. Would visit again for a concert great location for venue. Room clean and breakfast for good value for money. Would recommend this travel lodge to our family and friends

Lovely stay after seeing Take That . Bed was comfortable, no noise from street even though we were in central Birmingham. Breakfast was lovely, Bert was super helpful friendly and attentive he even went and refilled our orange juice without asking.
