The lobby of this Crown Hotel can be seen at a glance. The rooms are really bad. The beds are uneven, the furniture is old and broken, and the bathroom is the same. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in the Crown Hotel. It is really a misuse of it. name.

No complaints - the hotel is walkable from the New Street Station and the room itself is expected from the crowne plaza chain. Spacious room and generous 2 double beds as standard. Only very minor complaint is that the buffet breakfast could have had a bit more choice with the hot food.

The facilities are old and the sanitation is acceptable. The heating in the room is loud and there is no refrigerator. The mattress and bedding are okay. The service is relatively enthusiastic. After reporting that there is dust in the room, the waiter actively cleans it every morning. Thumbs up for the breakfast, which is quite good among local restaurants of the same price range.
