The staff were polite and friendly, the location was great as right near the arena. We were given a disabled room which was large and on the 4th floor as I requested a low floor. However, I had no sleep as net curtains up and blind didn’t pull down. Also, breakfast was fairly chaotic the next morning. You literally have to do everything yourself eg make your own hot drinks, roast your bread. I personally prefer it cooked to order or at least for them to bring you toast and coffee, which is what I’d expect for nearly £150 for the night. Overall, I think it’s overpriced and I would not stay here again!

We used this hotel as a base to attend a concert at the nearby arena. This hotel is a great location for that!
Reasonably clean and comfortable.
As it’s situated on a busy street, we were nervous about potential noise from the nightclubs and people on the streets, but our 11th floor room was very quiet.

The hotel is a bit far from the long-distance bus station, but along Broad Street where the hotel is located, you can visit several attractions in a few minutes, including the Library of Birmingham, Victoria Square, Birmingham Cathedral, and through New Street. The famous Bullring & Grand Center, St. Martin's Church in Bullring. The hotel room is clean and tidy. There is a body lotion in the bathroom and conditioner in the shower. It is worthy of praise. The staff is enthusiastic and courteous. I stayed for two nights. The staff will pat the door at the check-out time to confirm whether the guest has gone out. Let them clean the room. The buffet breakfast is similar to other hotels, British-style all day breakfast, but the surprise is that they actually provide DIY Waffle facilities. It is worth praising, especially for guests traveling with children. It is a rare experience.
