Best hotel if u stay in Birmingham. Definitely my first choice if I come again!
Staff are nice friendly helpful
Rooms are clean and spacious with practically refurbished fixtures and utilities
Location is prime and with NO clubbing music or overwhelming noises that disturbs ur rest which was what concerned us when we wanted to choose a very convenient location near the New Street Station

Just opposite New street station. Nice room on the Forth floor. The drafty windows let the room down. Didn’t get much sleep I could hear lots of noise from outside. Cold dining room , meal was ok, didn’t have breakfast.

5 star yet again. I have stayed at The Burlington many times now. It really is an exceptional hotel in every way. The staff, food, accommodation, location, and the list goes on, I absolutely LOVE being there. I’d like to mention Aidan, Ian Amanda, Annette and Lisa who looked after me all weekend.

The property is undergoing renovation and the room windows were blacked out with scaffolding. The first room was extremely noisy from the loud music from the clubs below. I was eventually given an alternative room, after being told none were available.
Lamps weren’t working in the room and carpets are old and tired, giving the room a general feeling of uncleanliness. Bath towel was dirty so ended up using a hand towel.
The breakfast and breakfast staff however were very good and attentive.
I wouldn’t stay there again.

Large victorian hotel, right in city centre with loads of restaurants and shops outside. Large bedrooms with room for armchairs and table, very large & comfy beds and excellent breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only problem is parking, but if you have disable parking permit you can park unlimited in nearby street. Otherwise use nearby carparks.
