The room facilities are very old, obviously not well maintained, the cleaning is also rough, the towels are of poor quality, no one cleaned the room during the stay, the window glass is dirty, the balcony floor railings are dirty, the shower only has a head shower but no hand shower, and the design is old. I found out on the day I left that the door lock was useless, but fortunately nothing was lost, so I didn't care. In general, I will not stay there again in the future, and I will not recommend it to others. This hotel is at most three stars, not worth the price, please consider it carefully.

Excellent location, 30 second walk to bullring and its right in the city centre. We stayed in the 16th floor with amazing views, big rooms, and reception staff were really helpful. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal. The room was a bit hot but they do have a big fan in the room to compensate I guess. Overall I would stay again :)

The trip was lovely. I needed to recuperate and have things nearby. I've been to Rotunda Birmingham previously and feel that it's a lovely experience because its quiet and I am able to access things and the room has everything I may need in it, the cooker, toaster, juicer and microwave are extremely helpful. Brilliant stay would recommend. Book early for better rates.

I'd like to firstly start this review with a big Thank you to the front of house staff, they was very friendly and are more than happy to help you and assist you in any way.
My stay here was amazing and the hotel reached higher than my expectations the view was amazing and the room was the best room I stayed in.
I would highly recommend staying here and you would have an amazing experience and feel like you're living the high life, Very Clean and warm and comfortable.
