I'm currently on a long-term contract delivering the new stations in Birmingham, Mosley station King's Heath station and pineapple road. I have the choice of many good quality hotels in Birmingham, but my preference will be the Edgbaston park hotel. The reason for this is, each time i arrive at the hotel reception I'm greeted with a very warm welcome. The staff never rush you. The Rooms I've stayed in are always very clean and comfortable. Room service cleaning everyday are excellent. Breakfast time staff once again always greet you with a warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The food is to a high standard and there is lots to choose from. Plenty of seating areas to choose from as well. The bar lounge once again staff very friendly and always go above and beyond to arrange anything you require. There is also a table reservation service you can request just in case you have friends turning up to meet you for a social drink and meal. So these are just some of the reasons why my preference is to stay at the Edgbaston park hotel. I would personally recommend this to anybody wanting to have a enjoyable stay whilst visiting Birmingham. Tony Brown

****test place ever. Never want to stay there again. Room stinks...disgusting shower...carpet dirty patches. Made us sign papers before stepping into the room. Regret it big time. Dreading breakfast.

Booked this last year for a night for our family of 4 through *********** 3 weeks before going , they CANCELLED with No explanation ,have to wait 2 weeks for refund absolutely appalling service / correspondence from this hotel Feeling very upset & angry as have day in Cadbury world and no Where to stay overnight !!!
