Lovely stay with stunning views. The studio was spotlessly clean, and the views over Birmingham were genuinely amazing — a real highlight. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Great central Digbeth location for exploring the city. One small niggle — a towel issue that wasn't quite resolved — but it didn't spoil an otherwise really enjoyable, good-value stay. I would happily return. Thank you!

Staff were exceptional upon arrival and the room was everything we needed and more. Modern, spacious, clean, and the hotel amenities have everything you'd need including a gym and laundry room. The included mini kitchen in our double room could easily manage a small meal for two if necessary whilst also benefitting from a good sized fridge, 2× hotplate stove and, conveniently, a mini dishwasher. Less than 2 minutes from the Bullring and under 10min from countless shops, bars and restaurants. Definitely one of the best hotel deals I've had. Recommended.

The apartment room is quite spacious and clean. It’s would be suitable for a couple or a family. Staff are nice and polite. Would definitely recommend this place👍🏼

The TV and air conditioning would automatically turn off after a while, I assume it's a special setting to save power, but when the AC turned off in the middle of the night, it got really hot. Everything else was fine though.

Stayed for 3 nights in a serviced apartment, and it was a great experience. The receptionist, Linda, provided exceptional service. She arranged for the air conditioner filter to be changed during a heatwave and made everything seamless. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Highly recommended!
