I am still waiting for someone to contact me regarding this as I complained when I arrived me nothing happened.
Room filthy and mouldy
Window would not shut so room was freezing
25 minutes from the markets which was not stated on the website as stated it’s one of the closest hotels
Not stated it’s uni accommodation and full of kids
Room is not located near any of the facilities
Not happy at all
And my complaint was ignored

Absolutely appalling accommodation. Room smelt. Door handle was falling off , Bathroom not fit to be used mouldy shower cubicle cracked and dirty disgusting Looked like student accommodation, and I would hate any student to have to stay there !

Appalling accommodation. Bathroom was not usable shower unhygienic and moldy. Door handle falling off . Room smelt. Did not dare sleep in the bed when I saw the state of the bathroom. Looked like student accommodation and would hate any student to have to stay there! Would not recommend.

Filthy ‘hotel’ ex university accomdation. Bathroom was dirty and mouldy. Was unable to use. Smell of drains in the room. Fair walk from the main reception desk and felt unsafe at night. Lifts not working. Room on level 2. Bed was not slept in due to how unclean the room was so cannot comment on comfort. Cobwebs in corner of room. Broken tiles on wall of bathroom. Very dark and dingy.

Peter Scott House showing signs of wear and tear and could do with a lick of paint, unlike it's parent hotel, Edgbaston Park Hotel, which is pristine.
