Great 2 days here with the family to go see Aston Villa. 5 mins in uber to the stadium. Same to the train station after. Didn’t eat breakfast there just coffee which was nice and bar nice and chilled out.
Rooms big and beds really comfortable.

Loved the fun atmosphere of this hotel. Front of house was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was generous, and the lounge was lively. I would book again!

I booked a stay and unfortunately couldn’t make it due to illness, I contacted trip.com explained my situation, to change the date of the booking for me and instead of understanding my case,they went ahead and kept the and no one used it!!
All I requested for was a change in date so I can recover from the illness and use what I paid for. I am highly disappointed. And if nothing is done about this,it will be a huge disappointment
