I had a great stay at aston premier inn. I Was greated by a lovely lady on reception called sabrina, Her service skills was outstanding. I felt at ease as soon as I walked in to the hotel after a long journey. Our Room was clean, I will definitely be returning.

Stayed here for one night for the football in villa park, as we find premier inn beds very comfortable!!, accessible room we had was nice and clean, possible to have charger outlets put by the bed? otherwise no other issues, lovely tea/coffee facilities, staff very welcoming at reception checking in and out, didn’t have breakfast so can’t review, car park secure, would stay here again

Trip to the football and decided to stay here as it was close to Villa Park. Very easy hotel to get too. Staff were nice and accommodating. Only downside to the room we had was electric outlet was otherwise if the room from the bed. Car park is very secure. Overall would definitely stay here again

The reception made us felt like we were not welcome. She didn't tell us the passcode for the barrier until I asked. she "answered" by just pointing to the reserve side of the card key annoying. When I asked for one more card key, her gesture made us felt we were trouble guest and made her do extra work. The location is good with just 10-15mins drive to city centre.

Outstanding service from all staff, from breakfast staff and the girl at reception who was able to get me checked in early and also a special mention to Patricia who was able to get me fitted in a for a meal at the last minute despite having arrived back late from the football it was very much appreciated. If I'm over again this is the place I will be staying. Can't fault it.

Stay here the night before a competition with my family and friends. Service from the staff was great, but the room had a strange smell and there were kids running up and down the halls all night making it difficult to sleep. Even with the air con on the room with still hot and stuffy. Not sure we will stay here again 🙁

We was greeted by Patricia while we wasn’t very sure how to approach the hotel as we came from a while away and Patricia went out of her way to come help us after we’d experienced a terrible time with another hotel. She was very helpful. She was very chatty. She was everything I’d expect in a receptionist, would definitely recommend to anybody coming to Birmingham for a stay the rooms are very clean and tidy and the staff are lovely and extremely helpful.

Ths staff, as with many Premier Inns, make staying here a great experience. All of them are so helpful and professional. Tia and Jordan are part of a great team. The room was quiet, warm and comfortable. The dining room service and food excellent. Just what I needed, while working long hours on a project in Birmingham. I'll be back, well done to you all, and thanks 👍

Patricia was welcoming and lovely, what a nice way to start a night away! The bedroom was clean but a little tired but comfy beds and well priced so can’t complain! The hotel was easy to find, amble parking and nice and quiet. Looking forward to trying the food, looks like lots of options!
