Premier Inn Birmingham City Centre Bridge Street

Excellent service throughout our stay. Warm and friendly staff specifically Shruti who greeted us at Check in and Check out. She also directed us some sightseeing spots in the city and the bus service within the city Will definitely stay here again

Great location to Birmingham canal. Great to use the Utilita arena for events as it’s a 5 minute walk. Hotel is clean and safe. Great base for Birmingham, very close to the big gold library, which is a great point if you get lost in the big City at night. We had a family room and the beds are very comfy and my son slept well. Bath in the room is great having a child staying. Breakfast was offered but we don’t eat breakfast. I booked in January and got an amazing price I would recommend booking this for any weekends away.

Stayed to meet friends. My husband is disabled so needed the hotel to be near to Sealife and a restaurant we were dining at. Fab number of disabled parking spaces and a brilliant location with a 5 minute walk to the canal and bars. The staff were friendly and so helpful especially when my son had left his earpods in the room and we have checked out a few hours ago. Breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast we have had as well. Only one issue with the duvet being too hot in an already warm room but that was easily solved. Would definitely stay here again

The room including bed, shower and TV were adequate. However the housekeeping department let it down badly. I asked for a room clean after two days with fresh towels, coffee cups and spoons. The towels were put on my bed and the cups put on the sideboard.Problem was they did not take any dirty items away! Neither did they clean the bath or empty my waist bin.

Comfortable and clean rooms with everything you need. Breakfast and dinner quality was excellent, hot and fresh. All staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel Centrally located with everything nearby and only short walk from the Bullring and train station.

Generally welcoming staff and great service at the breakfast. Especially the chef and gentleman who helped our party with vegan options at breakfast. Hotel is located very centrally and was perfect for attending a gig in the City Centre. Certainly not the most aesthetically pleasing view but can’t fault the hotel for that. Room was a bit on the small side but clean. Would recommend for a short stay (no more than two nights) On the whole not bad at all!

Me and my partner had come to watch the Zara Larsson show and had a couple of issues whilst staying in the hotel but we spoke with Matt and he was beyond amazing with dealing with our complaint! thank you Matt for everything, you went above and beyond!

Very pleasantly surprised at the level of service at this Premier inn. All staff were exemplary, warm, friendly and welcoming. The quality of the food was very good, as was the service in the restaurant. If I need to stay in Birmingham again I would not hesitate to revisit this well run and friendly hotel.

Room was great, staff were even better! Food, morning and evening was good and it was really convenient for everything in central Birmingham that we wanted to do - arena, theatre, the Bullring shopping centre
