You know what you’re getting with Premier Inn, and this is at the top end of their scale. Super clean, beds were great, doors close quietly, and overall the hotel is peaceful even though it’s right in the centre. Feels nice and compact, staff were lovely, and the breakfast are was well kept too. Parking area is compact, so arrive early.

Staff were wonderful super friendly and helpful food was lovely both dinner and breakfast was affordable and the portions were just right! The rooms were super clean and comfortable would recommend here if your staying in Birmingham rooms were also super affordable

Stopped here for a concert at the Arena just 5 minutes walk away. Was able to check in early as our rooms were ready. Breakfast was very good. Staff were wonderful. Plenty of parking at £13 a night. Room was huge and very quiet. A great stay overall.

Greatly situated in the city centre with restaurants, bars, cinema and the river a short walk. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the bed was soft and comfortable. Then in the morning the chefs poached egg at breakfast were exquisite!

Beds and cleanliness are exceptional. And the big surprise is how quiet and dark the rooms get for a great sleep (especially since it is just off a busier road that you geys you places though). With the staff offerring advise on visits and other info I needed it led to grest statt to my days while not forgetting the energy from a full English breky or continental if i wanted it.

Lorna, on Reception, gave us an amazing welcome. The hotel provided everything that I expect from a Premier Inn and a lovely breakfast, as usual. Great location, just a shame the car park was full by the time we got there

What I like about premier inns is you get what you expect. Not luxury but not awful. Affordable and comfortable. The carpark on arrival was disgusting. Bins over flowing and cigarettes butts every where. Not a good first impression at all. The staff were lovely. But we could not check in early as advertised! Rooms was not ready. Cleanliness is not great. Cobwebs and dust in the room. Windows fifthy too.

Perfectly good hotel, clean, super staff, comfy bed and good breakfast. Far enough away from Broad Street to be quiet. Close enough to walk to the centre. Easy check in and out.. Staff were very helpful

Very good premier inn with friendly staff Breakfast was really good don’t recommend the restaurant for evening eating as it’s extremely limited. Location is great for sea life and surrounding atractions
