The hotel in Bishkek provided a comfortable and memorable stay. The location was in a vibrant part of the city, allowing easy access to local landmarks and entertainment venues. The rooms were modern and cozy, equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel's staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience.

Nice hotel just little distance from city center, a big supermarket a less 100 metres with bus stop to get everywhere in city. Rooms nice and well equipped, staff fabolous above all receptionist Dimitri always eager for help. Breakfast buffet but food delicious and a 24 hours coffee and hot drinks avaible

The hotel is very cozy, the staff will always help if you need anything. The rooms have free tea, coffee and sugar) We liked everything, thank you!

The location of the hotel is too remote and it is inconvenient to travel. There is a big supermarket. The hotel service is poor. There is no hot water for showering when the room is full. It is not recommended. The surrounding environment is poor with three large chimneys. Ctrip's service is good, and they can help in time if you have any questions.

Nice boutique hotel! Hygienic and quiet, the environment is comfortable. The room is small, but comfortable.

This is truly a great hotel, I have had a very pleasant experience with the hotel team when I stayed there. Everything they did to assist and service me was done with utmost professionalism and friendliness. I would like to specifically mention Aiza, Dmitry, Batma and Madina - these guys are the best. It s a small boutique-like hotel in Bishkek. Petit, cozy, friendly, and warm. The staff is incredibly friendly, rooms are clean and the price is reasonable. There is a buffet style breakfast with both sweet and savory options. I cannot think of a better place to stay

Clean property, amazing service and best rates too. Recommended. If you are looking for a good accommodation option in Bishkek, this is your place. Just 10 mins drive from the center of the city, good parking space and loved the breakfast too.

The most comfortable hotel I ever felt like home The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made my stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. Service was excellent, price affordable. Next time I’ll shop at Futuro Hotel only. Thank you for your hospitality ;)

Right from the get-go when we were welcomed by the friendliness and professionalism of Dmitrii, who was on reception, we knew that this was going to be an enjoyable stay. The tea, coffee and tray bakes made available to us as we waited to check in was a nice touch, and Dmitrii’s ability to deal satisfactorily with our queries about the area and advice on what to do was exemplary. All hotels should have a Dmitrii on their staff: nothing was too much trouble to him. He really is a credit to the Futuro and his service with a smile cannot be faulted in any way. That’s no slight to Sergei and Ainagul, who were helpful in finalising our day’s outing and in arranging our taxi to the airport. I don’t think I’ve encountered staff so cheerfully customer-focused before, and they, together with the efforts of the cooking and cleaning staff, helped to make this possibly one of the very best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The rooms were clean with everything we needed; the breakfast was varied and delicious; and, in short, the facilities offered were second to none. All in all, the Futuro is a hard place to fault, and is definitely on our to-stay list when we return to Bishkek next year.

I do not recommend this hotel. The service is not good as expected, the rooms are not cleaned properly and the overall condition is not up to standard. How this can be rated as best hotel in Bishkek is beyond me. The overall value for money is not given and I will not return for my next trip.
