I stayed here for two nights and only had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door one afternoon. As the most expensive hotel in Bishkek, the room was not cleaned once in two days. Even when the toothpaste, toothbrush, towel and mineral water run out, you have to call and urge them to be delivered by a special person. It is far worse than Sheraton and Hyatt in the same city. (I also stayed in both of them for two nights) When I checked out, I went to the front desk to complain, but no one said "I'm sorry". This management is really ****ed to the extreme!

The room is the best in Kyrgyzstan. There are not many rooms. It is quiet. Downstairs is the Central Park, which is convenient for walking.

I do not advise those who are on business trips to live in this hotel. Stopped there several times. There is no soundproofing at all and half of the residents were celebrating something all the time all night. Security when contacting her behaved inadequately. Since I travel often, I'll probably have to live somewhere else. The app rating for this hotel is inflated.

this was literally the nicest place i have ever stayed at. if i could change one thing, i would make it so that the hot tub was full of water (it was empty) and also i wish that the pool was open til midnight.

Orion Hotel is definetley the best hotel in Kyrgyzstan. The team is very friendly and helpful, the restaurant and bar food is delicious and everything is hand made - no convenience food which is especially important for us. The hotel itself is very beautful and of great taste. All the furniture is of high quality and well taken care off. I can highly recommend this hotel and it is inline or even surpasses the international hotels in the city!

Превосходный отель с идеальным расположением! Он находится в самом центре, в шаговой доступности от всего необходимого: ресторанчики, магазины и другие удобства. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый: нас встретили, провели в номер, подробно рассказали и показали все удобства. Ежедневная уборка, в номере есть все необходимое, а в ванной комнате предоставлены все банные принадлежности (за исключением одноразовой бритвы). Номера просторные с красивым дизайном. В целом, комфортный отель с удобным расположением, который порадует любого гостя.
