Bu otelde 6 gece konakladık ve ilk 3 gün temizlik sonrası odadan sürekli bir şeyler kayboldu. En sonunda bir poşet dolusu ilaç ( ağrı kesiciler, tansiyon ilaçları vb.) Tansiyon ilacı içmem gerektiği için akşam nöbetçi eczaneye gittik. Resepsiyona bildirdiğimizde müdürlere haber verdiğini ve bizimle görüşeceklerini söylediler ancak bizi bir kişi bile ne aradı ne de görüştü. En azından bir kusura bakmayın denebilirdi. Bu kadar ilgisizlik hiç bir otelde görmedim. İnanılır gibi değil. Bir de bazı yorumlarda müşteri ilişkileri çalışanlarından bahsediliyor. 1 hafta boyunca şikayetimize rağmen öyle birisiyle tanışmadık. Bunlar ya hayali kişiler ya da biz kaybolan eşyalarımızla ilgili olay çıkarmayıp kibar bir şekilde bildirdiğimiz için dikkate alınmadık. Gerçekten bu kötü deneyim için ve otelin hiç bir şekilde bu durumla ilgilenmemesinden dolayı çok üzgünüm.
